Pretty obvious why Chelsea are a draw to players - they win stuff and tend to play in the CL.

I imagine they say to players “ Yes we’ve had a bad season, but we will spend again to get back up- and you’re part of that”

Chelsea are going to be a force next season. Their squad and team will become more settled and they are unlikely to have such bad injury problems again.

I still think it’s worth hanging in there for Olise, but it’s low odds. After June time to move onto other targets

But they still have Jackson as centre forward.

I'd rather have William's than Olise, but I don't believe we'll sign either.

William is the better player, but we need a RW, unless Gordon is moved to RW but then he wouldn’t be as good there.

I think we'll sign a quality right winger, but probably someone we aren't expecting.

I’d be amazed if it isn’t MGW.

MGW would be a very expensive acquisition, probably having to pay over the odds. Just can’t see it while Willock is still part of the squad.

What does Willock have to do with us signing MGW?

hes basically saying MGW is a CM or AMC and feels we have enough?

We need more left footers though, if I’m not wrong we only have Miggy who’s left footed in our entire midfield and attack

No. Mostly plays as 10 with Elanga or Reyna on the right

I think he plays right but very narrowly.

He's played both, but he tend to naturally drift out that way.

Would stack up with the "inverted winger" type we were looking at, similar to Maddison or Szaboszlai.

MGW feels like this years Maddison (or Lingard going back further) in that it seems nailed on to the point where every assumes it will happen. Really don't see it myself. You'd think we'd have heard more about it by now. So it's either basically done, and has been for a while and we're just waiting on July (unlikely), or there's nothing in it.
