When I thought they'd be England's fullbacks I was thinking in like 5 years, not next week.

Eddie knows what he's doing. Tino's not Trippier level yet, that's an extremely high bar, but he's played very well the last few games after a shakey start.

It helps having a decent winger in front of you.

had a great game but needs to improve his crosses.

For his crossing, I don’t think he has that kind of top-level technique in his locker unfortunately (he obviously has other stuff going for him though). Should focus more on getting his cut-backs into the right areas and he’ll be a world-beater.

Happy for Tino but we might want to have a word and get him to pull out given he's our only fit senior right back. His debut will come.

He’s likely to play less with the senior squad than he was with the under 21s in fairness.

Pull from international duty period given our position. We can't afford more defensive injuries.

Tino isn’t ready. Stop kidding yourselves. Hes half asleep defending, he’s misplacing simple passes constantly, his recovery pace to cover isn’t there, his crosses aren’t there. So yes, we want to promote and give chances to youth, but Hall is taking his chance. Tino hasn’t this season. Selling trippier wasn’t ever on guys, there wasn’t ever a bid from Bayern for 12m. It was false shit.

Tino needs to show his unquestionable talent on the pitch.  That is on him.

I am. My last statement held true, he needs to show his talent and he has. Now go jog on. I’m chuffed for him and long may it continue.

Looked better in the second half when the game has a bit more room.

He wasn't bad in the first half by any means but he didn't look fully on it. Pleased that he grew into it.

He's going to face more competition than Hall though.
