This feels like a huge blow. Tino will cover adequately defensively, but it will leave us looking blunt on both sides of the pitch with Gordon out too.

Tino did deliver the best cross i've ever seen from him with his left foot on the weekend mind. Curled in at a good pace. Usually he just thumps it hard and straight on his right foot.

Might be a bit unpopular opinion, but Matt Targett is anyways slightly better player than Hall. More solid defensively and is a better crosser of the ball.  So no worries. Been very impressed of Targett lately. Discuss.

Strong injection of copium, Soyt. Fair play.

Howay the non serious injury of Salah that keeps him out of the final.

If we're looking for straws to clutch he'll still be observing Ramadan - adheres to it pretty strictly IIRC, doesn't even drink water - and the sun won't set until around the end of the 90 minutes. So there's a chance he'll be a little bit off his usual level anyway. Extra time may be an issue though!

Properly gutted for Lewis. He’s been an absolute joy to watch this season. This has been a really tough week.

You're right it is unpopular.

Targett cannot play surely? When he has featured lately he looks WELL off the pace. Yes he is a natural left back, but that's about it, we can't go into games with Targett starting.

Probably one of the worst takes I've ever seen to be fair.

Thought Targett was solid when he came on. Prefer Tino to start there though.

Crossing was poor - kept hitting the first man

He got dispossessed so easily taking someone on around the half way line and struggled to get back but that was just after he came on, I was raging as he looked so slow but fair do's improved quite a bit after that.  Totally agree Tino on the left and Trippier right would be my choice too

He's not better, and couldn't beat a blade of grass with his crosses last game. He's a good lad, but, not close to where Hall is now.

Assume this is bait, otherwise it’s the ramblings of a lunatic. Seek help.

Cant believe I thought it a pretty modest request at the time and one that may even come to pass to just maintain the form we had prior to the semi and have no more injuries/suspensions.
