Managers just don’t make defensive substitutions unless they absolutely have too. It’s hardly a new thing and I get some people need something to seethe at but howay man. It’s made borderline zero difference to the result.

One of the big things around both Livramento and Hall was that they both have positional flexibility, to be fair.

Pickford always does.

Pickford's gaffes are just gaffe's, he's a cocky cunt generally. At international level you won't get picked if your temperament looks a bit fragile.

Tripps was a factor in why we tired so quickly he was given them the ball all the time. We were under so much pressure when we didn't need to be.

Willock and Lascelles gave it away more

Future and backup mate

It was what was needed we’re building a squad for the future. You know nothing about the inner works of the club

They’re not trusted as backup though. If ever there was a time to use backup it was that second half. And we simply didn’t have the budget / latitude to prioritise the future over what we needed not to go backwards with our competitors all making their starting Xls far better.

The way the league is shaping up if Wolves finish 9th or 10th we'll look back and think that's a great point.

If Wolves finish 14th then we should have beat them.

All we can do is beat all the shite/bottom half. City lost there without Rodri, we've got a point with 20% - 25% of our squad missing, it's obviously not an easy place to go.

We take the point and carry on.

Absolutely. Everything being equal could be our fullbacks for years. Saving money when it comes to FFP. Airs to Burn and Trippier.

Probably both play at Man United, get the full 90 to give it their all whilst Trippier, Burn rest up. Idea might be for the two sets to give everything in the two games being our best bet and giving both cups the best shot we can

 when things aren't going perfectly, it really does appear that you wake from the dead, man. Yet you claim that most of your posts of the last two years were positive. This is your Shelvey moment of this season, isn't it?

Wolves are decent. O'Neill is doing a really good job there, they're hard to beat.

He's doing a fine job as manager, but I wish Neto had got injured last week instead of during this game. They probably don't have the squad to cover a loss like that.

Exactly this, they have just turned over ManC in the league for Christ sake

And took a point against us (obvs, the ultimate hallmark of quality), played well too. They're not setting the world alight, but they are very hard to beat at home.

Factor in horizontal rain and I genuinely think this is a 'take a point' game, absolutely.
