He’s offside when the initial ball is played and gains an advantage

Intention isnt enough, defender needs to have the ball under control for it not to count as offside.

Let's not go crazy here. He's earned time and respect. He will need to find a solution to this situation though. If our players are tired our setup doesn't really work.
