Holmesy Posted Sunday at 16:39 Share Posted Sunday at 16:39 Could be another option for the right forward role with that left foot.
Aiston Posted Sunday at 16:59 Share Posted Sunday at 16:59 Shocking 1v1 attempt but took his goal brilliantly, made it all himself.
toontownman Posted Sunday at 17:01 Share Posted Sunday at 17:01 Has he earned himself a cameo/sub minutes next game with that goal? Probably not. Still a cracking effort and hopefully a confidence boost, something he looked a bit short of today early on.
KaKa Posted Sunday at 17:03 Share Posted Sunday at 17:03 Great run with the ball in the lead up to his goal. Showed some great footwork to shift the defender before slamming it home with his weaker left, with no hesitation.

SteV Posted Sunday at 17:06 Share Posted Sunday at 17:06 More likely to get minutes of we’re looking for a goal than if we’re holding on.
Ellis H Posted Sunday at 17:08 Share Posted Sunday at 17:08 Shades of Fabrice Pancrate with that one. Just noticed the Wikipedia entry for that goal is rather informal “He scored his first goal on 5 December 2009, after producing an impressive bit of skill, before mullering the ball in off the crossbar, in a 2–0 home victory over Watford, after coming on as a substitute.”
Holloway Posted Sunday at 17:10 Share Posted Sunday at 17:10 Still a bit more polishing required but that will have done him the world of good, that was a rocket off his weaker foot
Ginola Posted Sunday at 17:11 Share Posted Sunday at 17:11 Physically looks good and took his goal brilliantly. Still very raw though

aussiemag Posted Sunday at 17:15 Share Posted Sunday at 17:15 He puts himself about, holds the ball up pretty well. Doesn’t seem threatening enough around the box at the moment. But not an easy game to play up top when the opponent is camped in a low block. Fantastic goal. The raw ingredients are there.

I thought he got closed down by the keeper pretty quickly for the 1v1 tbf, not sure he could have done that much different. He tried to take it round him but that meant a defender was able to get a block in.
CPL Posted Sunday at 17:16 Share Posted Sunday at 17:16 Is he actually left footed?

Took a penalty with his right on one of his comp videos, I think? Unless he’s an Obafemi type and doesn’t know what foot he is

Pilko Posted Sunday at 17:29 Share Posted Sunday at 17:29 Still looked quite raw but the goal was an absolute beauty. Hopefully now he's got off the mark he can relax a bit more in general play as my feeling was he's trying too hard to impress sometimes.

Newcastle Fan Posted Sunday at 19:30 Share Posted Sunday at 19:30 Very pleased for him, he works very hard but sometimes he seems like he has a confidence problem, that was a superb goal and it showed us and maybe even him what he's capable of doing.
