This genuinely could get rather bad for all involved. Howe will continue to back him, and I just don't see a good player in Elanga. Plus, we won't sell him (especially so soon) for less than we paid, and there's no way any club is paying that money for him. There is no good outcome here.

I said when we were signing him, that he is just a runner and does not have enough technical ability. People were saying he is good and two footed and all that.

 

He can improve, but he is just as expected. A sprinter who has very low football IQ. And we paid 55 million for this.

He actually wasn’t that good for forest. His underlying numbers were not, and never have been, good, but stats is for nerds ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
