Tonali dropped. Fists clenched. Fewm setting in. Remember rotation is a thing. Calm down. Got a beer. Howay the lads.

Yes but no. He found a midfield that might actually work he needs to let it bed in. It's all well and good raising our game against Liverpool but if we lose he it's worthless.

Can only assume it's a fitness thing, but I'm gutted to see Sandro back on the bench. Had to start every game now. Barnes in for Gordon I'm okay with

Howe mentioned both Tonali and Gordon being very fatigued after Wednesday so it’s a completely understandable decision. Makes an already tough match that much more difficult though.

Howe name checked Gordon and Tonali in his presser as the two who were struggling physically the most after Liverpool, so hardly a surprise.

Got to say, I completely understand why he’s rotating, but not a chance that side is good enough for 3 points imo.

How come Joelinton never gets rotated then? The guy busts his lungs every game, but he never seems to get a rest.

While I get that, Howe mentioned that both Tonali and Gordon where fatigued and carrying niggles post Liverpool in his presser yesterday. Assuming he's telling the truth, which we have no reason to think he isn't, it was playing players in these situations which caused us so many problems with injuries last year (Although the majority of that was forced).

No idea, I actually think he is one we don’t miss as much when he plays central as well tbh.

Also true. If it's more of what we're used to as in Isak isolated, lack of any identifiable patterns of play etc then fml.

Because he doesn’t need it? Howe specifically said Tonali and Gordon were the ones struggling. Why rest players who are fine?

Didn't know Brentford have the best home record in the league so far, not played any of the big boys maybe ?

Not so far no, the amount of goals they score is impressive regardless imo.
