Tottenham Hotspur 1-2 Newcastle United (04/01/25)

We've done well really happy our heads didn't drop after conceding so early. Bruno just runs the show from that 8 position spurs causing themselves all kind of problems giving him so much spade.

Done really well to come back, take the lead and seize control.

Hopefully a strong start to the second half to put the game away.

Yep, was definitely the kind of open game I was worried about, but we’ve improved our control.

Be interesting to see what Spurs do and if Son can even play.

Tino has been fantastic

He's an elite one Vs one defender. We just need to get his confidence back when he has the ball as he isnt showing what he's capable of.

Felt like they were a heavyweight boxer trying to get the knockout in the first 15 minutes. They can't go 12 rounds.

Dubravka’s distribution has been spot on again. 😊

Has played a big role in us taking control of the match.

Major kudos to him. His passing has been class.

First 25 minutes was a bit helter skelter with a lot going on, but as soon as we settled down, we played some quality stuff, and just controlled the game.

Yeah, TBF to them they put loads of effort in to stop us getting control. Let’s hope they can’t do it again second half.

It's that south London cage football upbringing.

Once we controlled the chaos and started to grapple back control we looked good. A one goal lead isn’t enough against these though, they look dangerous every time they attack.

Botman's grown into the game after an expectedly shaky start.

Don't forget he's never played on the right with Livra before either, let alone a partnership with Dan Burn.

Think he's done OK and he'll push on in second half.

I thought that Bergvall was decent. Looks like he should be in a shit Swedish boyband. Was getting stuck in like Dolph Lundgren. Strong fucker for an 18 year old.
