I'm hoping the flurry of yellows end of that half means their press is scaled back.

We need more though pal, their wingers are pushing back our fullbacks, Isak has hardly had a mention, he's going to need to come deep and make some things happen like he did against Wolves, our midfield need to be several seconds quicker with the release, Bruno can not expect to draw fouls with this ref and Bournemouths press, Joelinton also has a reaction delay, just need to be sharper and quicker at everything.

This half will go a long way to showing how much tactical acumen Eddie has. Although, halves like that do raise some questions imo.

Agreed. Iraola has had his pants down that half. Have no idea what to do with their press and we keep plodding along trying to play through it to no success.

Are all the players having an off day? Or is it because Bournemouth have executed their gameplan perfectly and we have no clue what to do against them?

Don't think it's about the tactics tbh, just some of our players struggle to resist the press. Bournemouth are our worst nightmare in that regard.

Balls into the box have been shite.

We can't cross for shit. Hit first man all the time. We should be causing havoc and been pretty straightforward for them

Dubs- Could have done better with the goal

Tino- Shite defending, no final ball

Botman- Looks uncomfortable

Burn- Shocking

Hall- Terrible by his standards

Bruno- Decent

Tonali- Class

Joelinton- Shite on the ball

Murphy- Done ok going forward, at fault for the goal

Isak-Invisible most of the half

Gordon- Not tracking back, has done OK otherwise

Pretty abysmal all in.... however, we are a good side and Eddie is a good manager. Keep faith.

Is it just me who thinks Dubs should have done a lot better for those 2 goals?

Second one definitely. Terrible keeping.

First one is incredibly harsh. Maybe he got his angles wrong and a bit deep and too far over. But it ended up far bottom corner I think.

We've got to do better. Tino and Hall need to get a grip. We need to find Isak other end. It's do able to turn it round, but would take a draw right now if I could.

Think we've been as poor as Bournemouth have been good mind. Tactical issues all over the shop today. Bournemouth aren't doing anything ground breaking but are doing a fantastic job of playing with confidence and not being intimidated by playing away from home.
