Newcastle United 1-4 Bournemouth (18/01/25)

Absolutely woeful performance all around.  No one played well.  Everyone gave really sloppy balls away.  We have THE in form striker in Europe and he's barely given anything to work with.

Absolutely embarrassing stuff.

Hats off to Bournemouth, they've been absolutely fantastic

Credit to Sandro and Dubs (he's kept the score down and had little chance with the goals) but the rest have been woeful.

Hats off to Bournemouth. From start to finish wanted it more, ran their socks off and had a plan to get in behind us. Never gave up, doubled their lead in extra time.

Absolutely fuming with that. The 4th goal is a complete piss take and a total collapse. Some diabolical performances today. Still, Southampton next so let's bury those fuckers and put this obvious bad day behind us

How is Kerkez sprinting up the whole wing and smashing it in the corner after 95 minutes? Drug test all of them

Minging comment, Should Tonali have been drug test for doing the same in the wolves game

 If this is what happens when you watch us I'm gonna need you to stop doing that.

I watch every week.

There's something about watching a Newcastle team limp to a hearty defeat that's like a weird masochistic comfort blanket. I'm always expecting it to arrive at some stage.

Really, really disappointing result. We've been tactically and physically outplayed by a brilliant Bournemouth performance.

In shock to absolutely no one however, we aren't the greatest team in the world, and will have days like this as we move forward. Our run has afforded us a great opportunity to have a good season and one poor performance doesn't change that.

Disappointing result and performance, but i'm not going to lose much sleep over it, we've played some good stuff recently, so i'm willing to just say it was a bad day at the office and move on, and to be honest, results like this when you've been on the run we've been on, can actually be somewhat of benefit, as it galvanizes the team an makes them sharpen up, a bit like the Villa result during the closing stretch of the 4th season.

Fair fucks to Bournemouth though, they where quality, and deservedly won.

These things happen. The better you get, the harder teams work to figure you out and then you need to come up with new answers.

And we will bounce back from that. Hopefully a kick up the backside to go again and come out fighting next game.

That's an incredibly painful defeat. Obviously anyone calling our team pathetic and other extreme negatives are arseholes. Sometimes stuff like this happens; certainly didn't see a team not applying itself. Just a really off day.

Fair fucks to Bournemouth. Very much in the CL race.

Everyone slagging the players off, we've been brilliant for two months, and aye we've been awful day, but lets not go overboard. Entitled cunts at septic six do that.

You put this one behind us, and smash whoever we have next.
