Subs did nothing, Schar was pretty awful when he came on.

 

Nobody did better than a 4/10

 

To be a really top manager you need to know when to rotate, to be able to change the game with tactics and subs, today we looked tired and thats on Howe imo, we cant keep playing the same 11 week in week out, that was the reason we had so many injuries in previous seasons.

 

 

Agreed with all except the last part, which Bournemouth proved wrong.

It seems like we have a bigger squad but Howe's infamously not been changing it as our subs have been making us worse.

Tyler Adams is an absolute WUM.

 

But he's good at what he does, and was really good today.

 

Completely disrupted our build up, and particularly affected Bruno, who was somewhat infuriating with his dwelling on the ball.

Only Tonali can really say he had a good day today. The rest were way off the mark.

 

Fair play to them, they totally did us at our own game today, 4 great finishes as well. 

 

Hopefully a blip today. Few harsh words, reset and go again.

Most of the goals were gifts, Bruno, Gordon, Tripper was questionable defending against Kerkez. 

 

We never created anything, Isak have a single shot on target, or even a shot other than the free kick he should never have taken, he was oblivious today. 

 

It all began when Bournemouth went about their aggressive almost man marking tactics, the ref gave them the freedom to enjoy lumping our players all over the pitch, looked totally happy to ignore multiple fouls, we then bought into it.

 

Livramento set the tone early, he didn't match Samenyo, getting stitched up in nearly all their duels, then our midfield Brazilian pair thought they could have extra time on the ball throughout almost the entire match.

 

Felt Burn and Tonali tried to maintain the quality we have shown to get on this win streak, disappointed for Hall to be hooked when he was struggling but really giving his all at times. 

 

Nobody else really gave a toss, Bournemouth mentally and physically stronger than those obviously having a day off.

He's a direct player to well suited to the league. We also vacated the most dangerous areas of the pitch all afternoon. It's a tactical flaw we have when we aren't on it the space between our backline and striker is a chasm.

Maybe I'm being overly generous, but we looked leggy against Wolves and especially so today - taking whether Bournemouth should be equally as tired or not out of it, fatigue looked a factor for me. Combined with Bournemouth playing very well themselves of course, all credit to them

Was a horrible watch that, we where terrible and Bournemouth where fantastic and completely deserved to win by that margin... didn't have a great feeling going into this, as been documented on here Bournemouth are most definitely a bogie side for us.

 

Massive few weeks now, need an instant response next week against Southampton, then another difficult fixture with Fulham, then imo the biggest night we've had in years then, that 2nd leg against arsenal, really is a season defining 3 weeks or so.....

 

The run we've been on to get to where we are has been outstanding, beating man utd, villa, spurs and arsenal... today was just a bad day at the office, we will bounce back... (hopefully)
