Skeletor Posted yesterday at 16:51 Share Posted yesterday at 16:51 (edited) Such a paradox supporting both Newcastle and the Denver Broncos. On paper we look relatively similar, finishing high, more wins than losses. But with the Broncos we could beat the mid to lower teams easily and couldn't beat the best teams. With Newcastle we can beat all the best teams but struggle massively against mid level teams, especially at home. Andy Posted yesterday at 16:51 Share Posted yesterday at 16:51 Shades of the run up to the cup final in the 4th place season, where our form dropped off. The second half just hasn't been good enough at all.

I was shocked that Miley wasn’t the one to come on, and earlier too. It was obvious how we lacked composure in that first half.
Aiston Posted yesterday at 16:51 Share Posted yesterday at 16:51 We just look abject every single injury time, like we don't realise we need to attack and create something.
The College Dropout Posted yesterday at 16:51 Share Posted yesterday at 16:51 1 minute ago, SAK said: Where were the subs when were playing shite second half but still ahead? Eddie needs to sort his sub game out. Never makes preemptive changes when the tide turns, just lets it run on until the opposition score. This is what it is at this point. He doesn’t tend to make subs when in a good position but playing badly that aren’t semi-pre planned. That’s Eddie.
ponsaelius Posted yesterday at 16:51 Share Posted yesterday at 16:51 (edited) People blaming Eddie for not bringing on subs and then when he brings on the only viable options to the game also complaining. It's frustrating but our squad is ridiculously unbalanced with a load of shit defenders and backup midfielders. It's why we've clearly been trying to pie off Kelly all window clearly. PSR is killing us because we need attacking reinforcements. Edited yesterday at 16:52 by ponsaelius

cubaricho Posted yesterday at 16:52 Share Posted yesterday at 16:52 Willock gets hit foot on that ball and puts the ball in the back of the net and we’re having a much different outcome. (This is not me blaming him for this, just thinking about how it was a sliding doors moment)

NE27 Posted yesterday at 16:53 Share Posted yesterday at 16:53 How isak hasn't had any credible service today really does beg belief. Clubs have us worked out a tad now, and athleticism will only get us so far.

Displayname Posted yesterday at 16:53 Share Posted yesterday at 16:53 People starting to get why i was so worried about our squad after the Bournemouth game now?
