If Howe plays Isak LW and pushes Wilson to CF for a final then I will start calling for his head.

Taking out of rating thread, but thinking about this I don’t think I would be that against this, if it’s with a dropping into a 4-4-2 narrow shape out of possession.

Our game plan will be all about closing off space central, and being in a position to counter. Having an extra striker for the CBs to worry about may be an approach that’s different to what we’ve tried and catch Liverpool off guard early on.

GK

Trippier - Schar - Burn - Tino

Murphy - Tonali - Bruno - Joelinton

Wilson - Isak

Murphy got the energy / work rate to get up to support and back into shape. Joelinton the ground to stay central and get wide to support Tino and we can keep two strikers as goal scoring threats.

Good suggestion. Depending on what shape Trippier in I’d be possibly tempted to go with Kraft but maybe start Trippier and like you say Hope Murphy can help when up against Diaz.

Nice for Liverpool to get a canny 3pm Saturday kick-off this week and we get Monday night.

Them playing CL again on Tuesday probably had a bit to do with it like…

They've got PSG on Tuesday so it was the only day they could play tbf.

Apologies if already answered but if Joelinton gets a yellow card Monday and 2 game suspension would the Cup Final count as one of them games? I’m guessing not but just a little doubt after Gordon’s red crossing competitions.

Nah certain that isn't the case.

I was told that last time then when I got in loads had tops on. Vast majority of people there (in Newcastle end of stadium) were Newcastle fans. There was a ManU fan who stood up when they scored the first and got told quite aggressively to fucking sit down.

(Also there was an empty seat next to me, infuriating)

This was Club Wembley area (seemingly known as Taphouse this year)

Was the same in the Bobby Moore bit.

Nah, sorry.  Barnes has to play.  TTA is an absolute shit defender.

Worked pretty well in the league game v Arsenal.

Part of a great performance, aye no doubt. Willock hasn't done enough to start the final,he's had moments of promise but looked a bit clumsy and maybe confused

Just switched on Norwich versus Oxford and thought they've both won a domestic trophy more recently than us. Crazy really.

Has to be put right whatever the circumstances.
