I don't think there's any need to go overboard on the criticism, mind. We did wrestle control of the second half for long enough, without ever being pretty. But 45-60 and 85-90 was absolutely rubbish. They did just enough and some of them were excellent for 90. Many were only excellent for 45.

Attempting to sit back, conceding 2 goals that realistically could have been 4 and clinging on for the points from a comfortable position is not good for confidence. Winning 4-1, 5-1, 6-1 would have done wonders and sent a message to the rest of the league. Wasted opportunity.

Whether it was management or the players who decided to sit back and take it easy, it needs to not happen again.

Happy for the 3 points obviously but that was fucking shit!

It seems the plan was to kill the game second half, but we ended up becoming too passive and nearly paid for it with some sloppy box defending.

This guy is one of the biggest culprits when things are going well.

 

Just stops making an effort and starts getting too playful with his passing.

 

Schar, Bruno, Willock and Isak are very lackadaisical when we are on top. It is so terrible man. 

 

Team cannot be trusted to see a game out comfortably. This is an awful trait to have.

Basically, reading some of the comments you'd think we got spanked 5-0. It was a good win against a team we're trying to chase, along with other results, this has been a really positive weekend.
