Howay the lads  Thought Willock looked a bit lively, but everyone looked quite jittery.
Geogaddi
Comfortable away win , never looked like conceding apart from in the first minute, would take that every week .
geordie_b
Last time we won a Premier League game in London we followed it up with a Carabao Cup win in London a few days later  Believe!
SUPERTOON
Wilson and Longstaff leading the way to leave the club in the summer. Both offering absolutely nothing.
Doops
Our inability to just keep the ball is just unacceptabley bad like.
Andy
Just now, Lush Vlad said: It was bad. But you must have a short memory. Some of the Allardyce stuff was disgusting and regularly far worse than that.  The Fulham 1-0 away when Barton scored a pen late on probably the worst offender.  Aye I wasn't being literal.
Aiston
Don't understand the point in Wilson and Longstaff coming on...surely the younguns can at least keep the ball better. Â Keeping Murphy on as well, awful game and cannot keep the ball to save his life, but surely even Osula could have came on 10-15 minutes from the end. Gate4
Not great obviously but I disagree that the team was bad today. Yeah west ham might be shit creatively but they really were really committed defensively today constantly getting huge numbers behind the ball with good defensive transitions. So managing to break them down while not conceding some stupid goal makes for a good performance in my book.

Big Geordie
Happy enough with that - a controlled performance, hopefully no new injuries and a win on the road against the cockney bastards  MoM - Tonali for me.

Disco
Honking game but perfect outcome so long as there’s not hidden knocks.
Matt1892
It was surprising at how little energy West Ham have in midfield, not only are they easy to dominate but they can’t get up to support Bowen or Kudus.

samptime29
I thought we played alright. Didn't create much but we were better than West Ham. Grind out 1-0 here is a fantastic win. Needed that.

You’re basically right but I was raging at how careless we were towards the end. Not that Longstaff, Willock and Wilson will ever make a team more secure.
