andycap
Could of had ten the day like it was extraordinary how we couldn't put it in the net. 😂 Isak had another ineffective game hopefully he plays better against brighton. Thought both our wingers played well put a lot of great balls into the danger area.

GallowgatePigeon
Complete domonation, reminded me of watching a SPFL game where Celtic pass it around a barely semi pro bum team like they're not even there and you question what the two teams are even doing in the same league as each other Edited April 26 by GallowgatePigeon
Kimbo
No idea how there’s any controversy around the penalty.
Beren
Quite underwhelming performance until the sending off. Â Difficult to pick the bones out of the rest given the depleted opposition, but not the confidence-rousing performance I'd hoped for tbh. Isak still looks decidedly out-of-sorts (yet still has 2 in 2 games). Really pleased for Osula. Proper livewire. Â Three points most important, Howe gets a bit more rest. Much improved performance required next weekend.

jackyboy
I think we really need to improve on that first half performance. I thought we were really poor until the sending off and the penalty. I don't think we had a shot in the first half hour. However, a win is a win and I can't see any easy points ahead
buzza
We should have had three or four goals in the first half, just seemed they had a force field erected in their goal, unreal it never went in... Â
HaydnNUFC
Bit of a mess of a first half hour but ended up being a routine 3 points. TBH, getting the points on the board is all that matters at this stage of the season. Onto next week. Edited April 26 by HaydnNUFC
Pilko
I think it's a good sign that we've seen 3-0 wins against Leicester and Ipswich lately where the general consensus is that we didn't play overly well. The better teams can look out of sorts and still have enough quality shine through to put the basement chod sides to the sword. Â Got to be happy with that today. Win, +3 GD, no injuries (touch wood) or suspensions. Was always one of those "just win it" games regardless of the performance.
McCormick
Dominant and almost casual win right there.
SUPERTOON
On the way back, easy win, so comfortable. Isak and Willock were very poor though.
Colos Short and Curlies
3 goals, up to third, no injuries and a pretty sedated game so easy on the legs. Â Osula goal and Botman and Howe back. Â Pretty decent Saturday all things considered.
Andy84
Best thing about today is that it’s totally wiped out any significance of losing to Villa. Back to a 5 point gap and goal difference made up
Ellis H
Not a massive problem if others are contributing but Isak doesn’t half go missing at times. 19 goals in the last 5 and he’s got 2? 1 being a penalty.
TBG
First time we've done the double over the teams facing relegation?  Newcastle 1 :0 Southampton Southampton 1 : 3 Newcastle Newcastle 4 : 0 Leicester Leicester 0 : 3 Newcastle Ipswich 0 : 4 Newcastle Man Utd 0 : 2 Newcastle Newcastle 4 : 1 Man Utd

Not sure what you mean "at times"  His piece of skill got them down to 10 men

I think he's playing through something, he's not quite at it and we've asked him to hobble through to the end of the season as who's gonna play in his place? We're chasing a CL spot and we need him but it looks like he could do with a rest.
joeyt
There was a weird bit of needle the whole of the first half from Enciso and Morsy picking on Willock for some reason
