First draw in the league since 4th December. Very pleased with how we turned a defeat into a draw because we’re crap at that. There was only one team in it after they scored.

Really poor game of football all round. We were crap, Brighton were Brighton but a draw is fine considering.

 

I'd have taken 1-1 before it started, the problem is how badly we played not the result.

The most frustrating aspect of this match for me as well. They’ve been conceding goals and all of a sudden they are impenetrable when we rock up. Clogging lanes, blocking shots for fun and making clearances of any loose balls. Fair play to them, they were well up for it.

If someone had offered me this before the game then I'd have taken it all day long. It wasn't a great performance, we looked sloppy and without urgency for most of the game but looking at those stats you'd have to say we had by far the better of it. I'm aware stats don't always tell the true story but it looks decent from our pov
