Looked like the Diddy dance

Worrying

 Dance is called "fimbu", which is "whip" in Lingala. Congo always do this when they score because they are whipping the opponent. My hope is that that he does this directly in front of Sunderland supporters when he scores at SOS in the derby.

I do find it funny when people say "he's just turned 29!!" as if we should be rolling him out in a wheelchair. He's still in his prime man

Aye he'll be coming to the end of his career when his contract is up, but there's nothing wrong with that. Not every signing needs to have resale value.

4 good years and the £55m is good value.

One thing no one mentions is that Wissa is a young 29 in terms of games.

He’s played 300 pro matches in his career. Isak 3 years younger and has played 360. Rashford a year younger and has played 500.

Plenty of miles left in his legs. 3 good years, book value becomes 13/14m, sell to Saudi for 25m aged 33.

Cisse scored some worldies, Chelsea goal candidate for best PL goal of all time imo. Totally meant it, I used to do weird shots like that off my right all the time, took penalties with the outside of my right as well (!)

But let's not pretend some of his goals weren't flukey as fuck as well

I'm an FM nonce that prefers talents with high potential ahead of boring known experience, but got to admit it feels nice to have someone of his quality that can step up and contribute right away without needing to bed in while Woltemade gets up to speed.

Was it the Swansea one, where he dug it from under himself and into the top corner?

I was there for that right at the back of the away end. Quite a few around me, including myself. Had our hands on our heads thinking he’d spooned it over the bar. It just dropped into the net in slow motion

Then had a night out in Swansea and got asked to leave Aspers Casino for continually singing the James Perch song.

Does anyone else say Doctor Congo?

Or just me?

🤣🤣 Always have done going back to my Championship Manager days. My brother always used to refer to Preston NE, as Preston Nee.....another one that has stuck.

Yes, Doctor Congo for me too.

There's a noodle place near me called 'Dr Noodles' where, in reverse fashion, I call it 'D R Noodles' to silently annoy their branding team.

Democratic Republic of Noddles surely ?
