So sorry to hear that mate, I was blessed with loving parents and its a disgrace that not everyone is. The one I watched on YouTube was 8 minutes long and a really good listen. BennyBlanco
I think this lad is gunna be pure understated mustard of a signing. Knows where the goal is, gives us another dimension and will absolutely thrive off low driven balls into the box.

His interview video doesn't work for me,it plays for 5 seconds then blanks out. Don't bother mate, he spent the next 12 minutes talking about he doesn't like MagPar. Looking back, it was foolish in the extreme. Since he has been more of a prominent figure in the group, done more media, popped up on Instagram etc. He just seems like a thoroughly nice, down to earth bloke. Who is living the dream, whilst being a shit hot defender at the same time. I'm not sure I have ever seen a player in my lifetime for NUFC that appears to be more deserving of success and the adulation he receives. He has done it the hard way, for sure. The two Wigan fans and one Fulham fan I know still absolutely love him. Small sample size, granted But it's always a good sign. You know TWO Wigans fans and a Fulham fan? I'll be honest by saying that I had a wee tear in my eye because he brought his parents. That's just lovely. I've wished I'd been put up for adoption from an early age (I'll say no more) so I'm always happy (and a tiny bit jealous) to see people close to their parents. I think I love him already. i know exactly how you feel. the interview got me like that too. my dad died last year and i felt nowt. even watching my brothers and everyone else in tears. i only cried once and, as you say, that was out of anger and jealousy. i go round to see my mum now and again just out of duty. anyway wrong thread. it just got me when you said that. was not expecting that. Bloke represents everything I fucking love about the club. He’s what I’ll remember from the cup final. And for anyone questioning Wissa's age, BDB was of course also 29 when he signed for NUFC ... You should do yourselves a favour and watch Isak's official interview. I have never seen a more detached interview, lacking any kind of genuine happiness and personality. I guess the last we should know as he never really showed that with us either. Can I not and just say I did?

OpenC
Man these videos Look forward to a leaked "how do you feel about seeing that" where the player just shrugs his shoulders and says, "aye it's alright I suppose, I'm not that bothered about this sort of thing. Just want to play football really"
Kid Icarus
No case is the same, but he's acted the twat and I really don't like how us and Brentford have given in to it, even if in Brentford's case they got an insane fee. What I will say though is that there's a marked difference between the response from Wissa vs Isak. It doesn't count for a huge amount to me personally, but him acknowledging Brentford in our video and literally saying sorry to their board at one point does count for something. Adam P
What exactly did Wissa do? He left their pre-season for talks with the owners and then it was leaked that during that meeting he had threatened not to play for them again. Did he then go back to training with them or did he then go on strike?

The difference for me is that Wissa seemed to understand that this was his last chance, where as Isak had been offered the chance to leave with a clause and they even set clear conditions and he still acted the cunt. Wissa and his agent, actively went and met with Brentford to try and find a solution. Although I can't say for sure, I suspect Isaks agent was an absolute tosser from the first moment. It was a scorched earth policy.
