36 or 38 million i think.

What the fuck has he done, except sign for Chelsea, that should double that fucking price? He has ruined enough of my FPL weeks to know that he's fucking crap.

The idea of a team we finished within 3 points of, who went and signed all the players we wanted, to replace Jackson. To then sign their castoff, for an inflated price to replace Isak?

Nah, just can't get on board with that.

It's throwing in the towel, retreating back into top 10 territory instead of fighting out with Chelsea for top 5 like we have been doing.

Cannot believe what has happened this summer. It's really perplexing.

He's a solid with the potential to be great striker, has scored goals at this level and would fit us.

24 goals in 65 PL appearances (59 starts). Why is everyone determined to talk about this bloke like he's got absolutely nothing about him? It's a good record that.

£80m+ is absolutely fucking mental money and if we're using the lion's share of the Isak money on him, it's a really poor way to spend it. I'd not want us to go north of £50m-ish for Jackson, but I think he's better than most seem to see him and Eddie will only make him better.

Must say like, I don’t have an issue with Jackson as a player. In fact, I like him. It’s what I perceive as a lack of intelligence / attitude that annoys me about him.

it’s the £80m that’s the issue imo.

It's no disrespect to Eddie and Co but for me it's down to us not having the people in place whose job it is to negotiate for players.  It all feels very amateurish and that is because it has been - people stepping in to fill a huge void.  PIF have well and truly dropped the ball - just a total lack of leadership and structure at the worst time.  And this will set us back years. My fear is that it will be worse next Summer as this season isn't looking great - we are so short of players and are losing our best player.
