Why didn’t  Sky not show the elbow until 5 mins later. Play was stopped for over a minute with the ref talking to both of the

them. Surely we should have seen what happened and the pressure put on VAR.

Yeah, his pressing is fine and he actually cuts off a lot more passing lanes and has much higher work rate than Isak.

We have to get much better with the ball to get the most out of this guy and we need players close to him and obviously running ahead of him as well, We've got a lot of work to do and not much time to do it.

It’s promising that his deficiencies are all physical though. Relatively easy to work on that I think. Technically he looks like he’s on another level to anything else we have in the squad, which was badly needed.

 

We have to find a way of getting the wingers closer to him.

Keeping hold of the ball under pressure would help. Too many players getting panicked out of possession under a bit of pressure.

Agree with this. Transition, fast counter attacks, direct verical football. That's why you get Elanga and Ramsey.
