I said it was NUFC's song and he wouldn't accept it for ages. Prick.

What's the point in making someone roll the ball an inch forward? Encourages front foot football Just seemed like a totally unnecessary thing to change. It really hasn't been a problem in the however many years it's been a rule.

wormy
'Clem' on Final Score. Just as I was looking for this thread to post that, he's distracting the Sutton United manager for an interview while his team are scoring. Such a fucking cheb. Guest Open_C
When a team's nickname actively avoids including the definite article. It may well be just Birmingham that this applies to but "Blues" instead of "The Blues" makes me wince every time I read it or hear it. Used to work with a fan who insufferably corrected people every! fucking! time!

joeyt
"Can anyone find [insert opposition striker]? Or is he still in [insert defender]'s pocket? " Happens all the time on twitter and forums after big matches or derbies. Since last night I've seen loads of jokes about Lukaku being in Klavan's pocket. I think it's terrible craic (even worse than my jokes)

Foluwashola
"Scouse Mackems" Disagree, purely because I've used this in the past. The 'mackems' suffix neatly captures the inferiority complex of a number of fanbases.
Klaus
Do Everton fans have massive inferiority complex though? I doubt they go on like the mackems do.
Peppe
When players pick the ball up and run away with it when they get a throw in or free kick against them, sometimes throwing the ball up in the air. Surely that's the same thing as kicking it away? Refs should punish players for this more frequently. (In handball you have to put the ball down immedietly when you get a call against you or you'll get a 2 min penalty, it's awesome)
Dave
How 'the magic of the cup' coexists with moaning about Premier League clubs making loads of changes. Had Liverpool played a full strength side I'm fairly sure Plymouth wouldn't have got a famous draw at Anfield, so take your pick.
