Going by pure talent there's no contest between Kudus and Elanga. Kudus is the much more talented player with a much higher ceiling and allround ability. When you consider how much Howe can get out of players for various reasons then there's absolutely zero doubt for me who i'd rather like Howe to fine tune in every way possible. Even this season where Kudus hasn't played as well i've seen him have games where you think "wow he can be really really good". I just think it's gone a bit stale for him at WH. Also the change of positions here and there with their poor form overall hasn't helped.

People just say this like he isn't the player we miss the most when he isn't playing.

Sign for 4 top players and give us a title push. He’ll stay and become a Shearer like legend. Flog £80m Joelinton to Saudi and sign new sponsors in June. Sorted.
-
That forum is full of utter lying idiots!
-
It's legit, and with purple shorts and socks. I like it!
-
To be fair if they sign a 28 year old fullback with 15 senior England caps they've every right to be pleased. He'll immediately be their best player and will have resale value if/when they plummet out of the league in 12 months time. It's a good signing, if it happens.

Howay who was that Mag in Roker ? https://www.readytogo.net/smb/threads/mag-tops.1658553/

Was watching Sky Sports PL Years last night and had me thinking about the amount of Man Utd players who ended up at Sunderland, was way more than I thought Like a nursing home for players managed by Sir Alex
-
Wijnaldum Was one of the all no time great threads on there. Went from top class unreal signing to utter shit and will be a total failure. If I remember there was nearly a couple of hundred pages. The change in attitude was great 🤣

I remember vividly because I couldn’t believe what you were saying I actually thought you were pretending to have watched him or like.. racism was blinding you to his very obvious skill set. You were describing a very basic West African winger type. At worst Kudus is a Mercurial talent. You were saying he has a genuine lack of footballing ability/talent beyond athleticism, couldn’t believe it. Sulemana is closer to the description you were giving. I prefer Kudus because of the higher ceiling. In the right environment Kudus could be a world class player. Surprisingly good in the air, beats a man, shoot off both feet, a threat from range, work in tight spaces, find a pass etc. under Howe Kudus could go to the moon or at very least hit career highs. He has that bit of magic. I think that’s reflected in the fact West Ham would probably want a larger fee than Elanga despite having a poorer season last go out.

No, because he's a lazy player who would demand silly wages and is the wrong profile and plays in a position where we've already got 2 excellent players. It's nothing but agent/paper talk trying to drive up interest elsewhere through fear of missing out on him due to us signing him, there's next to no chance we're after him for about 5 different reasons, each of which alone would be enough to torpedo the deal.
-
As his team are looking into warm weather locations I cant see the need to be worried just yet. Whoever gets rashford this year will get the season of his life, it's the season after id worry about. A 1 year loan this year will see the old Rashford
-
No meltdown regarding the Rashford rumours?
-
Whereas if we'd signed him it would have been "he's fucking shite, richest club in the world hahaha, FTM"
-
A reminder that both Eales and Mitchell are still employed by the club and if they wanted to, could put an end to this shirt coming out.
-
Noon, yet again, ruining a top.
-
A lot of those negative scenarios can be guarded against by making a signing like Pedro. Not only someone who can play alongside Isak, but someone who can potentially fill in if we end up selling in a year's time.

Was linked with the mags marra. They'll be fewming if we get him 😂. FTM

We actually have to overperform season on season to qualify for the CL. The big clubs not only have more spending power, but they can hit us with a double whammy by using it to sign the players we need to close the gap. We already lost Delap and probably Cunha and Mbuemo to direct competitors. If you believe the rumours we might lose Pedro and Trafford to them as well.
-
But it does show that being a massive club is relative. Liverpool are a major city so always had potential to be a big club because of their catchment area. Paris would be similar I imagine for the same reason, and also the international awareness being France's premier city.
-
Be like when they signed Phil Babb, or Dominic Matteo.
-
It’s true prior to the 1974 cup final against us we were on the same number of trophies, they played in front of 20k crowds pre Shankly.
-
Very true, that’s why I mentioned Shankly in the post 😆 From memory and happy to be corrected they were back rolled by the family behind the football pools competition around then too.

If the lettering is orange is screaming for a classic players name
