  1. Past hour
  2. Whilst Saudi saved us from Ashley they ain't half single handedly destroying football
  3. duo

    João Pedro

Hopefully Pedro is a smoke screen and our real target is someone else
  4. The minute we do, it gets leaked and suddenly Chelsea will want him
  5. Watch Parish drop his pants for them and be like “sorry I asked you to pay so much, does £5m sound good?”
  6. “Re-start their ambitious plan”? What is this plan, sign players form massively inflated transfer fees and then sell them for nothing back to clubs after six months because the players don’t want to play in that league?

    St James' Park

Nah, where the arena was. The developer who wants to buy it for housing is struggling to get funding, Sadiq Khan sent a plea to Chelsea earlier this year to get in touch with him about the site and they have now held meetings with him.
  8. I saw that news credited to some saudi sport site. Romano is of course doing his job and getting clicks.
  9. I don't want DCL at all, not as second or third choice. I'd sign a backup to Isak that Osula can compete with and Osula can also cover for RW when needed.

    St James' Park

Shame for that area, even more of a shame that Chelsea still exist
  11. I mean if we wanted to keep Wilson and still sign someone to play striker, then is Wilson going, DCL in and still signing someone who can play up front such a bad deal? Just feels logical if that’s what Howe had penciled down as his squad for 25/26.
  12. Because Everton had a good 15 game spell, where if im correct, he didn't play much? Admittedly because of injury but there's a very good player in there for a very very good price.

    João Pedro

From what I have seen of him I would agree. However, I just can't see it happening. He is surely going to be out of our budget for transfer fee/wages combined and one of the big boys would jump in if we were able to get it to be affordable.
  14. He hasn't, no doubt. But are there many who have over the past few years for Everton? I'd say look at his qualities and what he has achieved when things are aligned. Add the financial incentive and its a smart bit if business. As with every player we sign, I take into account the next level that Howe seems to get out of them and judge them on that, not what they've done historically. We more than anyone should understand that.

Still plenty of time. Will judge when window shut. I like the player. He would get games, 8 champs league games plus we clearly wanna try and win a domestic cup again.
  16. He doesn’t play upfront. he was signed for €50m. I doubt he’s available for €65 but could be wrong.
  17. I don't want DCL but if Howe does then that's fine with me, he would obviously have a plan for him.
  18. I would say there is a 5% chance at best that Pedro ends up here.
  19. Stifler

    St James' Park

Looks like Chelsea are going to build a new stadium at Earls Court.

    João Pedro

It’s the same every year on every forum. Nowt to focus on other than transfers and the annual pissing and moaning olympics kicks in.
  21. Could see it. Pedro and him come in? Plenty of games. Ousla on loan. Wilson oot. I have natural concerns over his injury record but he would score a few in our team when fit. If he is happy being sub then maybe you do the deal.
  22. OoOGazOoO

    João Pedro

I'm over this Chelsea just signing everyone rubbish. It's pretty tiresome really.
  23. 2 useless strikers are better than 1.
  24. His injury record suggests that his hamstrings are pretty much fucked and you can’t play him in consecutive games without risking losing him for 2 or 3 months. Be interesting to see where he goes and what’s expected of him.
