  1. Past hour
  2. I didn't. Was always going to be a bonus. Liverpool winning the league and a good win at Fulham tilted my perspective on Chelsea. They've got a good chance of making it, I expected them to finish 6th/7th. We should beat them. But i expect they will still be in the race come GW38 with a win probably enough to secure it. We need to beat Chelsea man. Not beating Chelsea opens the gates for a GW38 draw that would see both Forest & Chelsea qualify, which we need to avoid.

  4. I've not come across an article on this, but it seems to me that we now have more and more teenagers breaking into the first teams of major clubs. Last night, there was a 16 year old starting for Chelsea. 17 year old Yamal already looks like one of the best players in the world. Nwaneri at Arsenal looks completely at home in that level of football. There are so many other examples of this. I can only think that the training of young players, (which now seems to start at a much earlier age than before), is now able to develop raw talent more quickly and thoroughly. It may be just my impression, but a lot of these players seem to be of African heritage.
  5. Fernandez making runs into the box from deep seems to have been Chelsea's secret weapon lately. That could work well against us unless we're really switched on to it.
  6. Can't beat steaming into a labia!
  7. Great post except this. Love being woke me like,
  8. Class Don't mind Keane at all, although I do think he plays on his dour nature too much at times.
  9. Nucasol

    Joelinton

Waiting for the big man to go steaming into Labia.
  10. Getting one as good as Barnes who will come to sit on the bench would be like
  11. Still. That’s infinitely better than Man U winning it.
  12. I'm actually going to go against the grain and say that I'd much prefer sides that actually won something to get into the champions league. For example qualification in England should look like: PL winners Runners Up FA cup winners Carabao Cup winners If the PL winners/runners up also win a cup then 3rd place gets in and 4th if both. So if you win Europa Conference/ Europa League then yes you should get in the CL. It also adds more reward for winning cups, which means sides try harder and play their better players, which makes it more enjoyable and engaging. We are just unfortunate that two absolute rotten sides are in the final, in a normal year a Villa or a Forest or us would likely get the benefit.
  13. Sales of Mansize Kleenex have dramatically increased in the NE29 area
  14. SteV

    NUFC Transfer Rumours

I’d suggest the main thing that says he is, is his ability.
  15. Some deep caravan club scars being reopened there Bobby lad. On the plus side, I see Cindy is back in the old ‘Enders.
  16. May 21st is going to be like going away on a family caravan holiday and you can hear your mam & dad shagging in the double bedroom and your nana & granda are shagging on the sofa bed in the living room whilst you're wide awake in your sleeping bag in the single bedroom wishing you'd never been born
  17. Didnt know he had that kind of wit in him. Fair play.
  18. John P

    Joelinton

Start him, smash them up for 65-70mins and then bring Miley on to see it out
  19. Bournemouth vs Villa game is huge for us. If Bournemouth can beat them then we should really finish above Villa regardless of the Chelsea game outcome.
  20. Yeah, no point in an injection unless he's planning to play soon.
  21. What's all this pish I'm hearing on here about wanting them lot to win so we can play them next season?! Get that idea so far to fuck. Utter woke nonsense. I wouldn't want these slugs to win a coin toss against Hitler, let alone be part of the worlds most prestigous league. Sure, we'll have the chance to smash them twice a season, but the battle lines have been redrawn since we were last in a league together. If we destroy them, they'd put it down to the differences in finance, they'd claim a narrow defeat as a moral victory such is the gulf between us, they'd be peacocking around after a draw and a defeat to them doesn't even bear thinking about. They can rot with the rest of the flotsam and jetsam in the lower leagues, masquerading as the 'big fish in the small pond' while they become less and less relevant to the rest of the football world. I take more pleasure in seeing them drop points against tin pot teams than I would seeing them get battered every week in the PL. I don't want them getting an iota of the prestige and riches that come with being a PL team, even if it was just for one season. They'd start considering themselves a 'PL calibre team'. They are nothing. They always have been nothing. They always will be nothing.
