Well done Anderson. So many on here thought he was ordinary and wouldn't amount to much on his way out last summer at 21/22 years old. Scoffed at the fee Forest paid. One year of full experience in the first team and he looks so much more confident, assured and accomplished. Too quick to label young players that haven't got enough experience, as not being good enough. Seeing the same thing with Quansah right now.

Always thought he had great fundamentals of the game as a player. Only his physical limitations stopped him from being a truly great player but he was a very intelligent one all the same. Has experience with son coming through youth setups and has nurtured him very well. Also got some managerial and coaching experience already home and abroad. Overall a very well rounded candidate. Henri Saivet is still the weirdest player I've seen in my lifetime imo, came for a decent fee (For Mike Ashley anyway), didn't get a look in, went on loan a load of times, came in out of the blue one time, immediately conceded possession leading to a West Ham goal, and scored a belting free kick 5 minutes later
