  1. Past hour
  2. Yeah he cleared it and caciedo left a bit on him the dirty bastard.
  3. If people had a choice of a last day fixture between Everton at home or Man Utd away, surely you would choose Everton at home, despite everything around Man Utd. Find it baffling that people assume this is a GUARANTEED three points for Villa, yet we’ve got a tricky fixture that we could slip up in. FWIW, I’ve long been comfortable with our final fixture in the belief that Everton’s season effectively ends the week before with the last game at Goodison.
  4. Cucurella was getting a load of grief where I was Milburn Stand 18 yard line Gallowgate. Diving, moaning, being a twat. He reacted to the crowd a couple of times, was lovely. He didn’t like being called a cheating cunt; that’s for sure.
  5. Optimistic Nut

    Dan Burn

Is it fair to say the Botman injury last year rescued his career? It was getting sad seeing him left-back starting to get torn apart by some pretty average RWs and mistakes creeping in. Ever since he's went back to LCB when Botman got the long layoff he's been absolutely outstanding.
  6. What they should do to make everyone more people happy and make their lives easier is have someone touch up the current one so it has the right amount of detail and scales well, and then also introduce a simplified one that could play off one of the 70s/80s ones, use a Magpie, etc. The new shirts can have the new one, but they can still use the old one where it makes sense or to sell "retro" things. Liverpool created a new one but their old one isn't completely gone and they also have the This is Anfield one that has elements of both.
  7. Chelsea have always been Millwall-with-money. They may have added a bunch of new fans in recent years since the Abramovich takeover but their core fanbase have always been utter cunts.
  8. the irony. John Terry famously turned up in full kit and shin pads when he was out injured.
  9. Tindall is under the skin with so many in this league
  10. ManU and Spurs now is equal to me not even showing up for work tomorrow because Wednesday is so much more important. It’s almost like they are giving themselves an “ok” excuse to not be bothered at all. I understand priorities, but I hope we never become like that no matter what. Should always do our best and try to win and build that winning mentality like we have done so far. Im 100% certain that they won’t give their all, or even close. I can accept if we rest players sometimes and don’t manage to be as good, but the work ethic and aim to compete must always be there, otherwise there’s no chance of getting anywhere.
  11. We’ve already been over this, we would also be catchable by Forest. It has to be both of them to get beaten for a draw to be good enough.
  12. Now that Eddie's back, Maddog has gone back to his shithousing best. Hated Chelsea when the Russian owned them and even more now under the Human Capitalist.
  13. I hope they don't go with a magpie on the new badge. I wont be able to wear it. I can wear this seasons 3rd shirt because it has two magpies on it. If I want to wear an early 80s Umbro shirt, I would have to wear the shorts as well to ensure there is a second magpie present. Hopefully I'll be able to get this across to the powers that be tomorrow.
  14. if our fanbase are known for wearing football shirts at the match then good. You should go to the match with the intention of supporting your team, and part of that is wearing a shirt. better than wannabe hooligans turning up in stone island
  15. Being able to thankfully sign 3-4 players for modest sums in the first January window he had, which certainly helped, this is 100% on the money. He got to work on the training pitch, assessed what we had and knew immediately what it would take and we went from bottom to 11th in short order. Sensational. Thankfully those in charge at other "bigger" clubs still haven't learned the lesson.
  16. Wembo ticket marracation.
  17. Epidemic to wear the shirt of the team you support
  18. Palmer was low-key annoying for a lot of the game. Whispering behind his hand at our players and just generally being a prick. Good player but a bit of a sly thick twat tbh. Wish Bruno had mocked his daft goal celebration.
  19. Thankfully none of these fading has-been clubs had the good sense to pluck Howe out of his sabbatical, instead going for the latest shiny new foreign big name as usual.
  20. I think Spurs winning at Villa would be legitimately one of the most surprising results in PL history.
  21. I knew someone would say this and I went for it anyways.
