Froggy changed their profile photo

So, we don't reckon he was brought in to do the transfers and this hasn't materlised?
-
They’re all prem and English (or Homegrown), which comes with £25m+ values off the bat. We’ll get there eventually for churning out the sales in similar fashion, but PSR probably changes that makes it less lucrative by then so the big clubs can still stay ahead.
-
Yep, proper wanky statement.
-
Cracking weather for his garden leave, he’ll be popping open a few Red Stripe’s, Bob Marley playing on the Bose and doing sweet fuck all.
-
He’ll allow them to bend him over and do him tenderly, some Luther Vandross playing in the background on a bed of rose petals. Loves being a cartel cuck does Parish.
-
Nice half day today for Mitchell, couple of pints this afternoon before getting ready for his last week, only one more week of avoiding work before he's free.
-
He lost millions on this sale. Proper idiot.
-
Dibling would be awful signing for us right now.
-
Looking at social media, it might be their best result of the season supposedly beating us to this bloke! Mental how they’re going on about it!
-
I’d want to see it on a football pitch, but first reaction is I really like it. Does seem like a Marmite one.
- Today
-
Arsenal seem to get good fees for players which are bang average as well.
-
They are without a shadow of a doubt the best sellers in the league. Probably make their money back on Nunez too who's been horrific.
-
Teams have forever being overpaying for liverpools riff raff.
-
£70M for Gomez and Quansah Imagine if they get another £40M for Harvey Elliott as well. Almost £110M for players that barely cost them £10M
-
So they sell all their squad depth to buy 1 player?
-
Not to mention the Sky 6 already have underhanded relationships with the agents of these players due to giving them big pay days for decades.
-
The problem with howes a small pool of players quote is they will need big wages to get them which we don't pay. And if we can manage the wages we scoff at the prices. 😂 Factor in howe doesn't like loan deals and the use of the free market very often and our options go from a small pool to a little puddle.

“Howe would prefer for Newcastle to have new arrivals in the building by the time the team return for pre-season training in early July, with a goalkeeper, centre-back and right-winger on his wish-list. The failure to do any significant business last summer was well publicised, amid tension between Howe and new sporting director Paul Mitchell. And the head coach says the challenge now is to make deals happen. ‘It's great that the window opens on June 1,’ he said. ‘The challenge is for us to sign players in early June. But it doesn't always work like that. I hope in reality it does, but it rarely works like that. ‘It gets harder and harder to sign good players. So I'd rather sign the right player than settle for someone and get them in early, but let's wait and see. It is very difficult to predict.’” from 2nd May.
-
Joking aside, couldn't give a fuck about Marc Guehi. Not a fan of the club simping so hard over specific targets.
-
'It's only June' soon becomes 'it's only Early July', then 'we still have two weeks left. Be patient'. And then its us all watching on deadline day with an hr to go. Obviously that won't be this window though. Will it? WILL IT?!
-
Your right it has. I think this window is fundamentally different in that we do have PSR headroom so we will be investing. As per my original post. It will always be difficult for us to get our first choice targets as the competition for those can and do pay bigger fees and wages. This will continue to be the challenge until we can achieve revenue parity (Which I actually don't see happening any time soon but that's another topic )
