My favoruite thing about Woodman was that he lived here for about 6 years before realising Newcastle had a beach
-
Probably wouldn't have wanted to come back to be fair to him, even if he would play the same role for us as he will at Liverpool

The Managerial Merry Go Round™ - Keith Andrews appointed at Brentford

That's an annoying one if he's happy playing second fiddle. Would have been a great home grown cheat code.
-
Near enough £70m for a badly is insane work. Fair play to Brentford, though. They know Man U will pay.
-
Aye that used to infuriate me, but some folk have this kind of fixed grin that they lend to tragedy
-
McLaren would turn up to his post match interview after being thumped with that daft grin on his face.
-
Not sure. Ornstein saying if he's to leave Brentford he wants us and only us. I know they have a year option but they're running the risk of losing him for a lot less next summer. If we do go higher I hope it's just performance add ons or else I'd want us to be patient and wait.
-
Is the number of factors that he doesn’t want to join them?
-
Woodman to Liverpool.
-
Well all know you’ll cough up
-
Ornstein saying £55m+£7.5m still below Brentford's valuation. Almost at walk away territory IMO.
-
Hey it's not our fault you guys copy everything we do, even the shit ideas
-
Very bollocks
-
I hate all three ideas more than the last, fucking shite.
-
Fucking yanks
-
It won’t last a season
-
Take the fines and don't do them. Absolute bollocks. You just know the dressing room broadcasts will be absolutely fucking pointless too with anything of genuine substance cut out.
-
It's proper Americanised nonsense. Even the hall of fame shite annoys me, the MVP bollox. Keep your nonsense overseas. I'm a traditional wanker!

I really hope we're casting our eye on Bakayoko in addition to Elanga, especially for the reported £20m. As reluctant as I'd be to sell Barnes - purely because Gordon has a far higher ceiling - having 2 right footed left wingers who can only play on the left is pretty restricting tactically, as we found out at times last year. Having Gordon on the left with Elanga being equally adept on both wings and Bakayoko as a further high quality option on the right (and maybe left too) gives us some much more flexibility tactically. Dream stuff but I can't see a valid reason not trying for it seeing as we'd recoup the cost from Barnes anyway.

Looking forward to the Palmer subbed off interview
