Haha there was actually. He's still a cunt though.
-
When he’s getting asked about transfers he’s pretty much always going to be somewhat guarded (like most managers tbf). Watching today’s presser, if anything I felt he was upbeat, if still reserved, in relation to what we might do in the market.
-
Rashfords attitude has been highlighted by several managers. Even at Villa he's getting bad press for his perceived behaviour. We want absolutely nowt to do with that. This isnt an onfield hot head like Cunha who delivers on the pitch. Rashford has persistently let his side down and shown a lack of willingness to step up to the plate or showing a lack of respect to his clubs. He's got loads of talent but no thanks.

There was an overwhelming amount of greenfly around yesterday to be fair.

Squad cost has been delayed so the wage issue isn't relevant yet. Also they sold Duran who cost them very little so they are good. Spurs dont have a PSR issue, they have a cashflow issue, I wouldn't expect a fire sale either way. The FFP/PSR issues are overblown now anyways, Chelsea etc have shown the system can be gamed with ease so to get punished for PSR would require monumental stupidity at this point.

Probably looking forward to the end of the season so he can have a couple of months away from these parasites who claim to be journalists.

Man United's problem will more likely be finding buyers rather than forced sales.
-
They'll get Champions League football which will make them less vulnerable to forced sales
-
He’s still been one of their better performers, in a proper bat shit club that’s had no tactical nous or coaching for years. Rashford gets a proper weird bashing by many across the country.
-
"Wife men" say what?

Where do we even begin with this? The overly large, empty football in the centre which is devoted to your rivals, the Tyne Bridge from Temu or the tragic fact that Kevin Phillips is still their undisputed best player of all time.
-
I honestly think someone like Man United could have PSR issues, or at the very least, might need to sell in order to raise funds for the likes of Cunha. Remember the "willing to sell anyone" craic in January from them? I know its not the position we need but I'd test their resolve with Mainoo. Imagine the player Howe could turn him into and Man United would consider it pure profit. More than anything else I just want to see their outrage. There's alot of clubs out there that I just can't see needing to sell. Alot of talk about Bournemouth but surely offloading Huijsen/Kerkez would be enough for them? West Ham? Maybe they've run the Rice sale dry. Where's the league table of wages? That will surely be a large indicator?

Big chance for Willock these final few games. Hope he steps up and makes the most of it. Would be nice going into the summer knowing we can count on him going forward.
-
It was definitely a sell out. Crammed in the paddocks!
-
Appropriate for his tattoo, and his football team They all suck
-
Mudryk/Nkunku/Disasi could all easily get big Saudi moves.
-
Saudi will probably get them all out of any trouble they are in unfortunately.
-
Forgot about that. Suspect they'll have to give UEFA some money as punishment for spending too much money and then get told to stop spending too much money.

The Europeometer™ (2024/25) - NUFC Qualify for Conference League (at least)

i must be the only one that hates this "draw and win one" stick from everyone. I am trying to do the math to finish 2nd. Win out and 2nd is ours, and I see no reason to think its not possible. Likely might be too far, but win at the Amex this weekend and I think Howe and the lads will believe it themselves -
Wish we could get the announcer to say his name properly and not "Oss-youla".

Chelsea have issues with UEFA though. And seeing as they will be involved in some sort of Europe next season they may have a big fine coming their way. Not that that will concern them very much.

Chelsea don't for sure. Spurs are apparently facing a sell before you buy window. Villa don't look to be in the same boat as Spurs but looks like they could do with offloading at least one big name player, there's talk of Bailey and/or Emi Martinez going to Saudi.
