    sunderland

2nd biggest game of their seysun later on (with first, of course, being our cup win)
  3. STM

    Marc Guehi

The one thing I will say is that Glasner seems like the sort of bloke who would back himself to replace Guehi. I can imagine him being a ruthless cunt. A club like Palace would benefit from the revenue to reinvest. Even selling Guehi could get them another 2 or 3 decent players. If at any second Palace start playing funny buggers, we need to walk away. He's just not that worth it.
  4. If you are referring to me, i was just being silly. I could easily work out what's what but I can't be arsed because it's boring as fuck. Beat Arsenal = CL
  5. Aye, 10 years ago you'd worry about them staying up maybe. They can give the Europa League a proper go safe in the knowledge they'll not go down. Think Quarter Finals of the Europa League should be par these days for any Premier League team.
  6. I used to be very clear on all the routes in but it feels like there's been about a hundred different permutations this year. Being absolutely certain of a second place finish for weeks has left me fairly non-plussed though.
  7. Playing football games growing up makes it a lot easier to understand some of these rules. I didn’t know so many PL fans didn’t know Cup winners get European spots and the permutations.
  8. Doubt I’ll ever see a player with such explosiveness combined with incredible touch and unbelievable awareness of the space around him. The way he could beat someone by just touching the ball perfectly into the few inches of space they couldn’t reach. Really would’ve been something if he could fit in a bit more and follow a few instructions. Incredible player.
  9. Some day, one day, I will understand all the permutations. It's like working out how the Egyptians built the pyramids.
  10. Experience will be a factor. It looks like next years Europa will have stronger teams too. The bigger factor is the lack of relegation threats a team like Palace now has. And squad size. And which ends up being a bigger factor.
  11. I didn't realise Forest had fallen away so far actually. If they lose today then they are guaranteed to finish 7th - no higher or lower.
  12. Yeah they could bail us out but I’d just like to see us get it done far more straightforwardly rather than desperately checking other results 😂
  13. think a point for Forest today is ideal result for us. Don't want them winning obviously as it closes the gap, but a point gives them something to play and win for vs. Chelsea yep.
  14. I got a bit discount off a stadium tour recently.
  15. Forest are the key here? Fail to win at West Ham today, beat Chelsea last day, we're in?
  16. Yes it has to be CL from our current position. Really don't fancy the Thursday/Sunday matchday routine.
  17. it’s going to be a long day waiting for this kick off. excited for this one
  18. Happier to see the likes of Palace win a Cup than Villa, even more since we won our trophy.
  19. Excuse my total ignorance but what website/app is this?
  20. With or without Rice this is the sort of game where I want Bruno & Tonali to play at their top level against the big boys. They've done it plenty this season but for the odd couple of occasions. If they win that battle I think we'll win today.
