  2. Fak

    Sandro Tonali

the still looks bad but it wasn't reckless and it was just a follow through.
  3. I thought it could easily have been a red
  4. Brighton barely threatened us apart from the goal. Sure they'd had 3 shots til stoppage time where they had a couple They were bang average
  5. I thought we were over the days of neat passing DMs costing £100m
  6. As a right back, to be exceptional and to be regarded as the best the league has seen, I think you need to be a quality defender first followed by the ability to effect the game in attacking positions. Alexander-Arnold is literally nowhere near the conversation as the best right back, defensively-speaking, the league has seen. There's been hundreds better than him. He's a great passer when afforded the time and space his position in Liverpool's set up tactically affords him. He's excelled in that area and his quality has been allowed to shine, which is testament to him, his coaches and his teammates equally. He's not the best right back the league has seen though, nor anywhere near the best in the world. To add to the names you mentioned, Bacary Sagna, one who rarely gets mentioned but was a far better right back than Alexander-Arnold.
  7. Sorry I just edited it, 7/10.
  8. That would allow Schar the freedom to push up… dare I say… into midfield more…
  9. Cant find a video of it anywhere
  10. Very, very generous He was poor but he's been immense for us so a bad day is more than allowed
  11. I listened on the wireless so didn't actually see it but The Mag gave him 7 out 10 yesterday
  12. Fak

    Sandro Tonali

was a yellow card tackle but definitely not worthy of anything more. (he was already on a yellow which is why they hooked the lad off straight after)
  13. Could do worse than playing 3 at the back so playing two CM - bring Botman in
  14. Only saw it briefly,Looked a red from one angle and the bloke was subbed moments later
  15. London City showed how it's done, to be fair. They have an owner who is 100% committed to them being in the WSL (and has the experiece with Olympique Lyonnais of knowing what it takes to be at the top). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michele_Kang?useskin=vector#Olympique_Lyonnais
  16. It'll improve once Botman and/or a new RCB comes into the side.
  17. We also then started the next season with a really good draw at Man Utd and beat Bolton at home. Gutierrez looked incredible in that Man Utd game especially. Things were looking really promising at that point, then the Milner stuff happened and Keegan was gone within a month.
  18. Would have to be Miley,Looks big enough to use his body like Big Joe on the pitch now. Willock might be faster is but it didnt help much yesterday We cant afford Palmer space,Massive holes there yesterday for him to exploit
  19. Absolutely delighted Liverpool are losing one of 'their own'. Jajajaajajaja
  20. Fak

    Sandro Tonali

    Wasn't an ankle breaker like.
  21. Neville straight away totally and utterly perplexed at him saying we played well against them in the final. They battered us from the off.
  22. I don't think B.I.G. has ever been given a fair crack. Barnes is settled in the team and in a good rhythm now which hopefully provides a fairer test of that front three. It's no slight on Murphy; he's been instrumental for us this season - but I think the attack could use a bit of freshening up, particularly with Isak struggling to get in games atm.
