Hopefully goes the same way as their last record signing from France
-
they must spend, they need to spend 100 million to at least have a chance of survival. i hope they splash the cash tbh , its only going to end one way if not this season then the next then they will go bust

Out of curiosity how much did Dreyfus pay for them? Must be a hell of an ROI for him.
-
Their business model is essentially a budget Brighton/Brentford. The fact that they have replaced Jobe with a player of similar age and profile shows they're not exactly idiots and not as much as a laughing stock as some suggest.

I think Pope stays even if he’s number 2, seems he’s very happy here and I’m sure at his age (33) he would want a bit of stability in his life. He’s sadly not going to get back in the England squad. Can only see him leaving if a strong offer comes in, they’ll not sell him on the cheap, I.e less than £10m.

Interesting how nobody is trying to hijack it.

I like that. Simple, effective, subtle piping.

Type of signing they need to make to have a chance, no point signing PL journeymen. Looks like Leeds wanted him as well, bit of Dennis Wise scouting looks predominantly right sided, but looks to have physicality needed for Prem. Going to go against the grain here and as much as I hate the bastards, think they look to have a good transfer policy for where they are at min.

C'mon peeps don't get your hopes up, Pedro's got Chelsea written all over him. He probably has dozens of Chelsea tattooes, learnt english by watching Made in Chelsea, wanks off to pictures of Chelsea Clinton and wants to move to West London so he can get the freshest Chelsea buns in the country. Bastard's playing us, revenge for bailing on him before..
-
Fair play, I didn't expect to see that kind of ambition, especially early on. Expected the kid to bank the money and run.

More joke on us that we can't utilise it. Duran on loan with a repayment plan of £5M a season over 5-6 seasons would sort us right out. He's a good player.

JD Sports selling that sexy asf Germany shirt for £60

What team is that? Kill it with fire, throw them out the league and shoot the Nike creators who came up with that monstrosity.

"we are so back" is being used quite often on RTG after their latest signing. Back where? To stinking the Premier League out for another season like they usually do. They probably will until reality sets in and they start slating him as he isn't as good as they first thought.
