I like Elanga and I'm pretty certain he'll do well. Everyone wanted Howe to get his way, so give him what he wants. He clearly rates him highly. As for the £50 million fee ... with 6 goals and 11 assists in the Prem last season, and 5 goals and 9 assists the season before, and only having just turned 23 this year, I'm not surprised.

Osula might be considered too raw for the PL, but he looked 10x more of a threat in sub appearances than Wilson did.

Not at all...it stinks of panic that we cant/wont get any one else in and are hoping we might actually squeeze a few minutes out of a perpetualy injured slowing player....vibes of signing Ian Rush just to have a body there. We genuinely would be better pulling a random from one of the U21 sides....even if they're garbage they might be able to run and be available
