I'm moving to Turkey a week too late for this one. 😕 From next weekend I'll legally be allowed to watch all the games, including the 3pm Saturday slot, from about £7.50/month. Used to be about £2.50 when I was there ten years ago but everything's gone up. Great timing with the season ending 😂 Ridiculous that the UK has such rules in place and the cost is so high. My folks have just binned Sky Sports and their bill went from about £150/month down to £35/month.

Can’t be many clubs that manage to have their biggest game of the season on consecutive days.

An unbelievably likeable bloke

More fool them tbh

That sounds extremely shite

Had the unfortunate luck to see Onion’s post-match interview only this morning. Honestly, hope someone cuts that cunt in half next season.

I think it’s a hangover of a loser mentality, which is why your last paragraph is bang on, their entire existence is based on loser mentality. You’re worried about the potential negatives rather than focusing on the potential positives. Generally speaking, the more high stakes games we play in, the better we seem to get, there’s no argument to say that the derbies won’t be high stakes. We’ll approach them properly and we’ll win them both, and they’ll mean a lot more than the cup win did.

The Sunderland manager looked scared at the final whistle more than elated. I really don't blame him, the prospect of taking that into the PL after finishing 14 (16) points behind third, having never looked convincing against even the poorest teams in the division and not having one player who looks PL standard is quite scary and he knows exactly who the scapegoat will be.

I'm sure a couple of million would have allowed for an extra game. Hopefully on the next round of rights will include an Amazon style last day free for all -
And about to step that up a notch or two in the summer!

I rarely want injured players to take risk but tonight I do hope Isak can play. It’s just too important to be in ECL next season.

He's a content creator, he makes his money from doing this stuff. In many ways, he's actually excellent at what he does. He produces videos that are cringey as fuck and people click on his videos.

Going "undercover" to watch your rivals play is fucking weird like. Would rather go for a nice pint in a good pub.

I watched the second half in a pub and there was a dozen mackems in. I didn't once feel any sort of hatred and resentment. They were just fans supporting their team. It helps that we are absolutely class right now.

Would appear that contractually they’re not allowed to show another game.
