Think Foden needs a chance to see how he does. Not sure he’s ‘the one’ but I’d like to find out either way.
  2. If you’re still believing these stories or still harbour notions of Ashley selling up then you need you need a long look at yourself. I don’t dismiss the idea other parties are interested. What I do dismiss is the idea of Ashley giving up the club. He uses their interest for entirely his own means and has done for years. The more publicity the better, bring it on. Let’s keep them hanging on, leaking encouraging stories whilst knowing he’ll stop the ‘sale’ at any point he wishes. He’s playing the fans for fools because, sadly, he knows 90% of the gullible twats are exactly that. It relieves the pressure on him and he continues to promote his jumble sale enterprise. He’s got the situation sussed and he’s exploiting it to his own personal benefit. The more things change the more they stay the same. Fuck him.
  3. Especially when you consider the domestic dominance of their 2 biggest rivals, Liverpool and City. Can’t understand the patience they’re giving a poor manager as those 2 other clubs leave them in their dust. If he had any kind of track record in the game then I could understand it maybe, but there’s no reason at all to stick by him whilst deluding themselves he’s going to even start to close the gap, let alone overtake either of them. They’ve been firmly dragged back into the chasing pack and they seemingly couldn’t give a fuck. Very odd.
  4. I for one am absolutely stunned they've got the rub both times. It's a fucking stitch up.

Richest club in the world now marra. Even seen the graph to prove it.
  6. Exactly. Ref looks over and sees his foot hanging off and thinks “oh fuck, it must have been a shocker and I’ve missed it. I know I’ll red the dirty cunt, he must have smashed him” Stupid mistake but I can sort of understand why he did it.
  7. No. 27 for Stoke is one of the laziest players I’ve ever seen. Literally doing nothing. Not marking, not closing down, hasn’t had a touch for at least 15 mins, not even running.
  8. He’s going to fly his own helicopter to save a bit on wages?

He's not interested in selling. We could be as attractive as you want, he won't sell. That's the issue.

Just not happening. Ashley won't sell. The club needs to be destroyed before it can be rebuilt. L1, L2 don't give a shit. It needs to be as toxic as possible before he lets us go

But we’ve gone down twice, and still, here we are. So I fail to see how that is “much better”? Go down and stay down for a few years is the only thing that hasn't happened yet. Perpetual survival archives nothing. It just keeps the carousel turning.
  12. He could win the next 10 off the bounce and I'd still regard him as a utterly gormless cunt. A grade A fuckwit. It was a shit appointment in July and will remain a shit appointment. I know it's a shit appointment because I know what he's achieved in his managerial career. Fuck all. The odd unexpected win changes absolutely nothing, we'll regress under him.

We win games and we stay up. We stay up and nothing changes. We stay up and it vindicates Ashley and his ownership. It's a fucking shit state of affairs
  14. Dunno tbh. If they’ve let the cunts who drove whilst drunk and actually caused the injury to get away with it then maybe, yeah? He accepted a lift he shouldn’t have. It was a bad decision made under the influence. As a result he’s lost his job and maybe his career. It just doesn’t seem proportional that’s all.
  15. Captain didn't stop them going out, could have went home if he didn't like it via a taxi. He's almost as culpable as the others. Would you go home via someone who you knew was drunk? Not excusing what the 2 lads did and they are very lucky not be in prison, but let's not make Keogh being sacked an innocent party in it all. I wouldn’t if I was sober no. But I’ve made lots of shit decisions when I’ve been pissed I just think it’s really harsh on Keogh
  16. It isn’t but it’s probably correct and the club will win I know you’re right but Keogh loses his job and maybe career because he took a lift in a car. The people who acted illegally have basically got away with it. Technically Derby might be right but the whole thing is utterly fucked.
  17. So the 2 drivers race each other home after a few pints, crash, one drives off, the other walks away. They both leave their captain with horrific injuries in the back. They get 180 hours CS and a 2 year ban and are back playing within a week. Keogh gets in the back, sustains massive injuries that end his season immediately, maybe permanently, he gets sacked by his club whilst the others continue to play? Have I missed anything? How the fuck can that be right or just?

Like giving a tramp a £20 note, all depends how it's going to be used.
  21. Ah god that's depressing and inspiring at the same time. Surely they’ve just got to go back to basics, put it right on the training pitch and go again? Dust wa sels down, take it on the chin and give 110% next game? Idiots.

    Transfer rumours

Sign him, can’t have enough prodigal sons to pick from up front. Who gives a fuck anyway? It’s a complete shambles and this would only add to it. He can bring his shisha pipe and underage wives if he fancies too. Bring it on.
