Can't. All full

How many clubs is that now? 4? City, Villa, Forest and Leicester? Something's got to give at some point and it'll need to be completely revamped or the PL will collapse imo. It'll tear itself apart - member clubs taking legal action against the collective of the remaining clubs simply isn't sustainable
-
Mainly that yeah tbh. Incidents like that are very telling about where player's priorities lie and his seemed to be all about himself rather than the team. It was a huge red flag for me
-
Madueke seems like an utter arsehole and don't want him under any circumstances. Olise on the other hand would have fitted in up here superbly and it's infuriating that those cunts get him into their pool
-
Haven't seen anything from Southgate managing a club that makes me think he's be anything other than an unmitigated disaster at Man U or anywhere else. Crossing my fingers he gets the job tbh
-
Got nothing against him really, he's put in some decent performances and tries his best and can't knock him for that, he was great against Spurs (H) for example. I'm not desperate to see the back of him or anything but I don't think he's going to be anything other than a squad filler really. He's useful to bring into the team but he's not going to transform the way we play. Fully acknowledge it sounds a bit harsh, he does offer far more than others
-
At 21 he's still just a toddler in goalkeeping terms. He obviously needs to improve in some areas but that should come with experience and maturity, he'll fill out a bit and needs to find his voice to command his area a bit but that's shit that keepers learn and develop as they get older. He's 6'6, young and will only get better, £16m is nothing these days for a player who could potentially be in place for 7 or 8 seasons. If they like him then fuck it, just got to back their judgement of the lad.

Maybe? I'll stand by it for now though tbh, he could come good and hope he does but I've got my doubts
-
Sorry like but if we're ever to move on to 3rd base as a club then we need need to move the likes of Longstaff, Almiron, Lascelles, Anderson, Targett, Murphy, Dubravka and Wilson on. They've all be useful servants, worked hard, fulfilled their roles but we need to take the next step and unfortunately they're not part of it. They're all canny lads, none of them have done anything horrendous but it's just a natural process of improving and setting our sights higher and higher. I wish them all well but we 100% need to cut them adrift this summer or next
-
Just filling the motor up, tell him I'll be there in 15 mins
-
Good. I'm more than happy to give him a pre-season here and he might just be the RW we're looking for, there's got to be a reasonable chance that he could save us a fortune this summer and we can look at other areas because he's come into the squad and hit the ground running. He can learn the system over the summer and only be asked to play a game a week next year, could be exactly what we're after, just his pace alone will have a few LBs worried and that should leave more space for others
-
I'll be pretty fucking annoyed if this lad is sold before Almiron like. I can understand the need/urge to cash in as it's essentially free money but no decision needs to be made about what to do until after Almiron has been moved on. He's the issue at RW and has been for a long, long time. It's an old, broken record I know but moving him on needs to be number 1 priority
-
No worries, let's see Liverpool give up 4 or 5 of their Anfield games and play a few in Boston and/or NY. It's their idea so they can go first eh?
-
Wonder what the world record is for squeezing people into a portakabin is?
-
Don't we all
-
Just read that a couple of times How fucking insane is that little process there? Would any other club be treated like this?
-
The only worry I have is that the threat of City taking them through the courts may be just enough to get their charges done away with without it actually getting to court
-
Dortmund are rugged as fuck like. Stingy and hard as a coffin nail.
-
Maybe 35 was pushing it a bit, 25-30 maybe closer Think the far more likelier scenario is he settles and they shift one either Challobah or Disasi or whoever for decent money. I just know they'll not lose a penny on this deal, by hook or by crook
-
Thread title change and updates for the Final tonight??
-
I'm thinking maybe £6m signing on fee + £7m wages versus a £35m transfer in a year's time. That's not bad going tbh. They're just buying and parking assets essentially. If that's their model and he's happy to buy into it then fair enough, happy to let the pair of them get on with it. I can see the attractions from both points of view
-
Said it before and I'll say it again - Chelsea don't sign players, they acquire assets. Assets they can move around, sell as and when required without the merest thought about developing the player or any kind of long-term system. Tosin will drop into that squad and be tried out a few times, he'll then either play regularly or be sold on for a huge profit. If he plays regularly then they'll probably cash in on someone like Disasi instead. Either way Chelsea will make a huge amount of money signing him. Whether he's what the team needs is irrelevant, whether he improves as a player is irrelevant, how he copes at a much bigger club is irrelevant - he's just become another Chelsea asset. His decision, his future
-
Frustrating to lose out on him but not entirely unexpected tbh. Chelsea can and will offer him things we can't and he's made his decision based on his own priorities. Would have liked him here but he's chosen elsewhere so we just need to move on and find another CB, not the end of the world

Remains arguably one of the biggest arseholes I've ever had the misfortune to encounter on a night out. Bloke is an utter, utter wanker
-
Amazing how the ref managed to see exactly 8 people who needed to be sent off and it was exactly 4 from each side. Top work from the boys in yellow
