  1. More than served his purpose when he signed and was worth every penny in the end. Some immense contributions all things considered but as soon as we got the takeover he was always going to be phased out. Even then, you could tell he was a big, positive influence in the dressing room and in the squad in general - never complained and seemed to be one of the dads of the group, you 100% need players like him in the squad It's also pretty obvious that as he's aged his legs have all but gone at PL level but I hope he either sticks around as a coach up here or continues playing at a lower level. Would be a real shame if his career up here is remembered for some of his most recent performances, he was a little gem in those first 3 seasons

    Jeff Hendrick

Yep, pretty much this. The only thing I will say in his favour is that as soon as he realised he was surplus he decided to try and find another club so he could at least keep playing at a lower level. He could have just put his feet up, taken the money and done fuck all but at least he still wants to play. Still a shit signing overall but I don't hate the bloke or anything
  3. If the only club if benefits are Villa then I can't see why most clubs wouldn't vote it down? Presumably it'll need 14+ to pass and why would 14+ clubs give Villa a free pass for a single year? Burn the whole fucking thing down man, it's utter horseshit, all of it.

    Tosin Adarabioyo

If he joins them he'll become another Chelsea asset. If he looks good they'll keep him, if he looks shit they'll flip him for about £27m of sheer FFP profit and replace him with better next summer. This is what they do, they're cunts but they know exactly what they're doing in the market unfortunately

It's all feeling a little a bit Frank Cushman tbh Think we're in for a Cush-lash
  6. I thought everyone realised as soon as it was announced what it actually was? End of season trip to bank as much money as possible with the actual games themselves being utterly meaningless? People are genuinely upset about this?
  7. I often head on to Twitter if I want to read a series of level-headed, sensible and thoughtful reactions to small inconveniences
  8. Can't deny it, missing out on Europe after all of the effort we've put in over the last 9 months is a big, big blow. Think the Conf League would have actually been perfect for us but it just didn't happen and there's no point moping abut it now, it's gone. The only thing we can do is to try and take the only positive from the situation and make the most we can of the lack of midweek fixtures next season. It's not what any of us wanted but it does give us a big opportunity to churn the squad completely this summer, trim it right down, get rid of a lot of the shite that's still clogging things up and focus on the League and domestic cups. Watched the first half in SpotWhite in Chinatown and there was a little group of Man U fans getting moderately excited. Can't deny I was a bit jealous like

If he wasn't made from digestives then I'd say it's a canny deal. But he is. So it's not

    NUFC Transfer Rumours

I know they're only till rumours at this point but getting Tosin, Kelly and the Dash in early doors could mean a few unexpected names head out of the club too. Feel like there's definitely going to be a churn at the club and the squad will look substantially different in September, that's the vibes I'm getting
  12. Sacking ten Hag is clearly the right thing to do, it's the correct decision, but to leak it (or have it leak out) the day before the Cup Final is absolutely fucking shocking like. As others have said, this is just more evidence that they just don't know how to run a football club - even correct decisions are handled so badly and with such arrogance that they're making enemies even within their own fanbase. They should still be able to make a decent fist of it due to the amount of money they constantly throw at problems but they're very much on the decline in the medium term
  13. Needs to be moved on for the sake of everyone involved. Anything north of £15m we should take

    Sounds like Labour (waheeey)
  15. Looking like this is just 1 game too far for Bayer atm
  16. The more of these revelations that come out the happier I am he's actually fucking off. That's not any sort of faux outrage or comfort blanket or whatever - the bloke is just a complete fucking snake. We've all worked alongside snidey little cunts you never really trust and you're dancing when they eventually move on to become someone else's problem. I'm pretty confident he's good at his job and can effect change but when no fucker you work with trusts you then it seeps into everything. He's now rotten, damaged goods and a bit of a liability. Not only has he fucked over his new boss he's also pointing the finger at anyone and everyone other to try and get himself out of the hole he's dug himself into. No idea how he'll do at Man U but I'm genuinely glad he's not here any longer, fuck him.
  17. Poch not seen as a strategic fit - by the cunts who fucking appointed him... Just when you think they may just have finally got their shit in a pile they take out the gun and blow their own fucking feet clean off. It's fucking brilliant man
  18. Aren't they sponsored by TeamViewer too? They might be able to give him a little training maybe
  19. The silly little cunt. Karma is beautiful sometimes
  20. If they'd have binned him in December then no-one would have even been surprised but to do it now seems barmy. He settled the team, got them playing and climbed the table. Further evidence they haven't got a clue and a magic 8 ball runs the fuckers
  21. I'll wait until I see the long sleeve version first Then I'll boot off
  22. I'm taking nothing for granted yet but they're not 1/7 to win the cup without good reason. They're ultra-professional and will want to beat Man U at Wembo as much as we would ourselves. It's not done but I'd be astonished if this Man U team turn up and beat one of the best teams on the planet in a Cup final.
  23. This is quite nice too. Tells the story
