All we need is a few thousand tonnes of transparent steel and concrete and we're laughing, easy
-
Ah right, thought it may have been a lumper for each player to get them out of the door
-
Didn't we write a load of their wages off. Essentially paid them off?

Looked a real prospect until his injury and ticks a lot of boxes, he definitely stood out in a pretty poor Soton team. Looked good going forward and quite pacey too. Must say I'm a bit concerned about ripping an ACL so young but if the docs are ok with it then he'd be an asset.
-
He'll make a number up and it'll be unverifiable either way. Bloke's just a cunt tbh.

Must admit when I'm thinking about having a 70k+ stadium one thing that will never ever enter my head is "I wonder what other fans will think?" I couldn't give a tenth of a fuck what it looks like or what other people think or their perceptions of seeing 20k empty seats for a lower profile match. I'm interested in all fans, especially kids, being able to buy a ticket on a fairly regular basis if they want.

Mentioned it last night but an upgraded, expanded SJP is my plan A and always will be. I'm not however going to boycotting a brand spanking, state of the art 70k arena that's built 100m up the road. It's a situation whereby if we want to be as good and as big as we all want to be we may need to up sticks at some point.

Deal is done but they're putting on next year's books rather than this years. Is my vaguely plausible guess

Pleased he's back in the game managing a proper team in a proper League. Never felt right him working over in China, he should have been making an impact over here but fair play to him, it's his decision. Wish him nothing but the best, lovely man and someone who lives and breathes football

Firmly in the 'prefer not to move but realistically we might need to' camp. A nice compromise that's been mentioned is to buy Leazes Terrace and convert it into a club museum with SJP. Rebuild the East stand to incorporate the whole thing into the ground and get as many corporate boxes in there as possible. Next step would be to do the Gallowgate up to L7 and by the time that all happens then safe standing ratio of 1:1 will change to 1:1.8 as it is in Germany iirc. More capacity, more tickets, more boxes, more matchday income. No idea if that's possible but I think that would be my Plan A

He generally stood out in an average team playing in a lower league. What are they going to learn if he goes back to the exact same team in the exact same league? They need to get him into a proper league tbh

Create it and link it fam

Was hoping for Dan Neil but I suppose Tonali would be a decent signing too.

Sandro coming back to Newastle? Marjorie will be happy enough

That's an outrageous goal. Absolutely mint

Genuinely have no idea how people manage to continue to post so much when literally nothing has happened for weeks I get it's all speculation and it's harmless etc but there's virtually nothing to discuss atm

Should be yet another cracker of a game tonight. Really looking forward to it

It's almost as if they feel obliged to reinforce the distinct separation between the club and PIF

I went to Flamingoland once so I'm currently ripping my toenails out with some pliers as penance

He's definitely itching to get the word 'debut' in there too...

Spent a few days there about 20 years ago and it was one of the worst places I've ever been tbh. You'd need to pay me to go back. This could be connected to visiting the place the evil cunt I was shacked up with at the time however in fairness

Feels like another Isak moment. Completely out of the blue and wildly ambitious. Knew McTominay was a distraction all along
-
Why would you have one variable scale increasing and the other decreasing? Sick cunts.

Yeah, we're all huge fans of that shit over here
