The club make it quite clear Kevin Keegan worked within structure until his resignation. The are his roles. To sum up for Kaka & other people who havent grasped what the club are saying: Keegan from the day he returned to the day he left worked within his role & transfers in/out are not his gig, so he knocked nobody back or stopped us selling players. Source of info Newcastle United Football Club & Me. and mike ashley in the club mag saying keegan had the final say on comings and goings ?

result of the night. luxembourg beating the swiss in swissland. swissmag,do you hear me, yor boys took a hell of a beating, martina hingis, roger federer, heidi, william tell (look i know those last 2 are fictional but i'm really struggling for famous swiss),marc hottiger....your boys took one hell of a beating.

bearing in mind ashley has yet to take any money out of NUFC,surely not buying NUFC merchandise, drinks inside the ground etc will only harm NUFC and not ashley himself. sports direct is different and i doubt anyone would own to that anyway.

We need to win the football match basically. Then people can shout and protest all they want, deep down that will make most people happy. you know with angry people full of booze there'll be fighting between the "protest all the time-ers" and the "protest before and aftere but support the team during the match-ers"
-
sure ? i remember shouting it to mick martin. can't remember hearing it being used for liam o.

Sadly because the current board have not give us reason to blow rasberrys at the previous board and say "we told you they were better". depends on which way you count as"better". no-one disagrees under the previous board we had some success but i'd rather be in the position we are in now than where i think we'd have been with shepherd/allardyce. (and i know theres a few on here that think that may well have been in the championship)

souness ?

has temuri ketsbaia had a mention. certainly worth a look.

Sounds good Not holding my breath though, christmas is in 3 and a half months sounds good ? don't they just say they are reporting what has been said in the british media ?
-
Tbh I think Jonas might have to play if Geremi, Enrique and Duff are all unfit as their simply won't be anyone else to play on the right. guthrie played there on occasion for bolton or lua lua could play.

Who knows ? He does. Who does? afar? I do ? You do? He does? join us tomorrow for the next chapter of jospeh heller's "catch 22". book of the week.

No, the problem with us is that there too many people who accept this media invented rollercoaster ride. Shepherd went on to long because WE failed to do anything about it. This lot will do the same, unless WE do something about it. i was speaking to a mackem at work today and he came up with the point that had wise been the manager and keegan the DoF people would still have backed keegan and had they brought in robinho and kaka behind his back he'd have said nowt. Understand that it was your mate, but what he said is a complete waste of breath. i'm not so sure, not so sure at all.

even if keegan was in the wrong the way it has been handled has been typical NUFC (shambolic)

http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/sport/football/premier_league/newcastle/article4678988.ece So, if this is true. What the hell should the owner and board have done then? Everyone has so far assumed that Keegan wasn't making unrealistic demands as far as targets go, well it turns out this might not have been the case, which is what I suspected to be honest. The owner clearly wanted a team of younger emerging players, and said this from the outset. What options did he have if Keegan then came in and started asking for these types? Discuss. This must have been going on for ages it look slike, as we all remember the Henry quotes! I am shocked they didn't part ways much earlier as they clearly should have. It's no wonder we had been linked with Marcelino so far back then, as the club was probably already making contingency plans. Absolute madness from both sides. big fat lie .. it kinda reminds me with the -didn't know it's an alcoholic drink- story strange the way specific players are mentioned though, almost daring keegan to deny them.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/columnists/patrickbarclay/2300752/Michel-Platini-clamps-down-on-clubs-in-debt.html and i like it. basically that clubs should have to get by on what they bring in. you'll not get rid of the abramovic's etc of this world but instead of giving intrest free loans they would have no recourse to get the money back, they will have given it away to the club. will those that bankroll the spending be as likely to give the money away ? i'm not so sure they would.. don't know how enforcable it would be but it would make for better viewing and more interest imo.

they've both lied and spinned. unfortunatly the truth is probably in the contract and that could well mean legal proceedings.
-
Agree with that. I wonder who makes the statement,Ashley or Llambas? aren't they saying that keegan never really had the final word and he knew that from the start ?

If he has signed a confidentiality clause, then by its own nature, you wont find out you fool.......its confidential. yes you can find out if someone has signed one.....you can think for yourself as to why.

That's bull Indi, and goes against the rumours that it was Wise doing the leaking for one. Unless of course you can prove KK was doing the leaking rather than suggesting it to suit your own views of this whole mess which is trying to put it on KK's toes from how I'm reading it. aren't you doing exactly the same from the keegan side. bearing in mind most of the leaks showed the board in a bad light. What leaks are we talking about here? all the stories through the summer about in-fighting and keegan not being happy. who did they reflect worse on ? keegan or the board ?

To keep him from running to the press with his side of the story. but if he had a good case of constructive dismissal he wouldn't have to pay up his side of things.
