Ideally we want a squad close to 40 players. We currently have a squad of 29. Remove Krul, Edgar, Huntington, Pattisson, O'Brian and Carroll for the season, or extended periods. Remove Srnicek, Carr, Bramble, Moore, Babayaro, Sibierski?, Onyewu, and Luque possibly/hopefully. That leaves a squad of 15. Blimey, that would mean Roeder is bringing in 20 or so player this summer. Exiting times ahead lads.

Whoevers fault it is it isn't Roeders. As he has just stated, nobody could better him. It is not his fault that the players (those not bought buy him) are shit. He can't work with these players, just as he couldn't work with players at Watford, West Ham or wherever. A man of Roeders quality can only work with "proper players".
