ta everyone. i was just wondering about the physics involved when footballers collide---how heavy do you need to be to be virtually 'unknockable' off the ball? it seems that some really fit rugby/nfl mesomorph types would be very difficult to go shoulder-to-shoulder with.

who's the heaviest player in football? i don't necessarily mean overweight, just who's carrying the most.

How can a lack of organisation be down to players? Exactly. There wasn't a plan today. There were no special tactics to nullify Liverpool or exploit their weaknesses. He picked a keeper, a back 4, 2 defensive midfielders and was 2 down after 16 minutes. We created one chance in 45 minutes and he shit himself, we went at them for 10 minutes and got hit on the break. 0-3. We then continued to shit ourselves and gave up and the deficit doubled within 20 minutes. He's clueless. He simply can not get anything out of this squad, he's fucking done. He's a dead duck. He's a busted flush. He needs to lose his job as soon as possible. Amen, Midds!

terrible, horrible, rotten etc... i'm usually one to blame players for heartless collapses like this, but this shite type of performance lately, for me, keeps coming back to pardew. wrong line-up?--that's on Pardew. tiote? (who i think was outstandingly bad today & lately) is a mad dog with a reputation & needs to be on a short leash, w/ good man management--so, again--that's on Pardew. ours cannot score from corners?--that's on Pardew (hint alan: if the reason is b/c we don't have big lads/good jumpers then another method needs implementation!) Jonas (whom i love) playing game after game? it was obvious even to his most dedicated fans that he should've been nowhere near the starting line-up in fact, needed to be far from the pitch taking regular ice baths weeks/months ago--again--that's on Pardew. etc. etc.... i've run out of energy for typing. Well either you're not even an amateur football player, or you're just not a very good teammate. If something I've learned from playing is that you do whatever it takes to stop a goalscoring opportunity. If you have to hack someone down when he's about to just put the ball in the back of the net you do it. Mind I don't play as a defender and never been in that situation. I actually praise Suarez for doing it, was one of the most intelligent football plays ever. you must admire ole solskjaer then.
