Watched Seville vs Villareal the other day and he was quite average tbh, dives a lot also, therefore falling into the "other" category of Argie (cheetin' divin' gypsy barsteward - maradona)

TBH the prem/championship games I've been to in the UK recently (not many like)have always been decent chants which haven't crossed the line for me. I don't like racist or peedo chants and I am wellup for telling everyone to hide their granny when rooney plays if only for the comic intent. BUT, go to an England game and you will get to hear the more vindictive stuff, don't know what it is about them but you seem to get the worst of the worst, real scumbags at national games.

I think the reason he doesn't go so far up the field is because Jonas likes to hug the touchline and he doesn't really get that many chances to bomb through on the overlap. Baines is definitely better going forward than defending IMO.

Doyle is a mid table striker. he isn't bad but he's not great. If we really want to be going places then I would aim higher than him. If we want to trudge along where we are then let's go all out with a mega 1.8 million bid!

He is far better than baines and I would o as far to say that he is on a par with ashley cole seen as he's never reproduced his form froma few years ago... I would deffo have him in the 15M bracket. If we did get 15 million for him I wouldn't be so miffed, anything less and to an enlish club would seriuously P me off...

I also thought Guthrie had a very good game last night (on telly of course), worked his socks off.. Why can't we always be up for games like we were last night, it seems our lot only really get going when the big boys come to town, we have to sort out this attitude and get a winning mentality installed...

I would perhaps sign Sturridge as the younger promising striker (not likely that chelsea will sell him...) and buy a well respected goal scorer for about 20 million i.e. Defoe, Odemwingie, mario Gomez (bayern), Hulk (porto), Llorente (Bilbao)...etc etc..

Buying one establish top striker and one younger promising striker would be enough for me.
