  1. What about injuries? a few seemed to be limping at the end
  2. Ref took a bit of bite out of our lot first half with so many yellows. We defended very well, the only down was that we weren’t capable of holding on to the ball longer. Great away point!
  3. Could there be any truth in the "Player + cash" Leicester srumours circulating on internet?
  4. Wilson and maxi are key to us winning. I think if we put Big joe on the left wing we are playing a more defensive strategy, whereas if we dropped him back into midfield and put maxi on it would be much more offensive without losing to much grit in the middle. I also want Big Joe and bruno putting the pressure on odegaard.

    mads or tieleman? Both
  6. Would be nice to get a result against these! their forward line (Saka,Martinelli & neketia) and defensive line (white, gabriel, saliba, tierney) are both very good, but I think the match will be won in the midfield, basically if we can keep Odegaard quiet and dominate in the middle we will be in with a chance. Our back line is one of the best in the league so i think it will be a good contest but the toughest test so far for our back line.
  7. I didn´t know where to put this so in here seemed right as it does affect us. The quality of managers in the premier league has never been higher, with a couple of exceptions. Also the capability of any team to beat a bigger team seems to be more frequent now. The spend of each team is also quite high meaning we can attract the best players to the premier league and the league is far more competitive. Taking the above into account, Eddie has done a magnificent job for us. See prem league managers below (?? for doubtful class): Arsenal - Arteta Man city - Guardiola Nufc - Eddie Howe Man U - Ten Hage Tottenham - Conte Liverpool - Klopp Brentford - Franck Fulham - Silva Chelsea - Potter Brighton - De zerbi Palace - Viera Villa - Emery Leicester - Rodgers Leeds - Marsch Bournemouth - O´Niell (??) Everton - Fwaaank (??) West Ham - Moyes Forest - Cooper Wolves - Lopategui Southampton - Jones (??)
  8. Arsenal 1 - 3 Newcastle Everton 1-2 Brighton Leicester 1-1 Fulham Man United 2- 0 Bournemouth (dbl) Southampton 1-2 Forest Leeds 2-1 West Ham Villa 2-2 Wolves Palace 1-3 Spurs Chelsea 1-2 Man City
  9. I think they are half the team without Gabriel jesus, he was instrumental from them going from an also ran to a contender... Maxi is paramount for us to at least give them a headache on their right side of defence. My team for tomorrow would be: -----------------Pope----------------- Trips----Schar-------Botm------Burn ---Willock-------Bruno-----Jow---- --Miggy-------Wilson---------Maxi--
  10. I think a lower table EPL team will come in for him, give us 5-10 million and he´s all yours
  11. We can easily get him on a four year contract and sell him for double/triple if it doesn´t work out for him... Worried about what size of wage he will be looking for
  12. I am also not too impressed by Tielemans, he goes missing in a lot of games and doesn´t seem to like the physical game much. I don´t think he would fit into the "Identikit" Howe first team player. His passing range and vision are great though, he would deffo be an upgrade on shelvey and would come quite cheap so why not...
  13. Just had an off day yesterday offensively, no more no less. Defensive work was dead on as always. As long as he is back on song for Arsenal we have nothing to worry about?
  14. I would actually prefer ASM on from the start, if we go a goal up we are more capable of defending that lead…

I think top six would be great. Top four would be absolutely incredible! a few astute signings; quality CM, high class ACM and the return of Isak would elevate us from our current high level. The new team at Nufc have this totally covered! My 100% backing on their decisions
  16. He does give his 100%, which is worth a nod.
  17. He was pretty rank today. He presses well and can defend corners and free kicks, not much else…
  18. The boys will be really up for it after this result today. can actually see us pulling off a shock! maxi and wilson back in the starting line up, bruno in at 6 instead of longstaff and willock and jow backing up attack and defence!!! Haway the lads!!!

Leeds came to shithouse and they succeeded. A Maddison signing, or similar, is what we might need for those type of games.
  20. Also, their passing was bang average as they had quite a few possible counter attacks in which they were incapable of stringing more than two passes together
  21. They looked convincing against city in the first half, second half they were dominated. not an easy side to play against, their high press was very good and only a team like city were capable of passing themselves around it. I would be pleased with a one nil game.
  22. West Ham 1 v 1 Brentford Liverpool 2 v 0 Leicester Wolves 1 v 1 Man United Bournemouth 1 v 0 Palace Fulham 2 v 0 Southampton Man City 4 v 0 Everton (dbl) Newcastle 2 v 0 Leeds Brighton 1 v 2 Arsenal Spurs 2 v 1 Villa Forest 0 v 2 Chelsea
  23. We need a right and left winger and cover at right back. any injuries to current 1st team and we would be weakened.
  24. Bruno and miggy one two for the goal…. Sublime!
