I think that the success of any signings, in the football sense, is greatly influenced by the manager. That was proved here with Schar, Fernandez and Lejune who proved to be excellent buys but who are now ditched or dropped by the current manager. Virtually every player has has got worse under Bruce

Not keen on some of the names being bandied around. Gerrard, Lampard, Martinez etc. Emery yes but prefer Conte. Whoever comes in has a big job on just knocking this lot into shape, mentally and physically

There's no advantage in keeping Bruce for another hour, only disadvantages. The players need motivation and a proper fitness plan and that's just for starters. Bruce is incapable of delivering either of those
