You're right that Mike can be a ruthless bugger, but he can also be very loyal (the Finance Director at Sports Direct was his accountant when he started out for example) and isn't petty enough to cast aside someone who he feels is good for the business due to a personal disagreement. And Mike believes that KK is vitally impolrtant to Newcastles short to medium term future.
It would take a very petty man to hold a grudge against a man of KKs standing at Newcastle for what was said on Monday.
That sponsor is massively horrible!
Like the home kit all of it (bar the sponsor) the rest look naf
JW hair doesn't look that great either if you ask me.
He looks like Morag from Home and Away in that shot
I heard that around Christmas time I think. Overheard a Blackburn supporter telling his mate he better watch out, he better not cry, he better not pout, then he told him why.
Sante Cruz is coming to Toon?
Where is the duff info in this story?
We had talks with the club and agent - true
We had a second meeting in London with agent - true
Agent/club also in talks with Spurs at the same time - they win.
OK the 'Keegan didn't fancy him enough' tales are tenuous at best, but its hardly ITK stuff at its best
I'm sticking to what my boss told me.
£100m is what Ashley has said, if KK can spend it.
I'd take this as 'If the player is available we've got the cash'
Dunno, but it would still take a lot of luck to be in the top 10 (only top 10 clubs can qualify these days)
Beat West Ham and its possible tbh.
Can see Spurs drawing a lot of their remaining games.
We've got one very hard away game, a game away to Pompy where their minds may be Wembley bound and the Spammers. At home there's a winnable game v the unwashed and Chelsea. 8 points from those I reckon
I think I can beat everyone's shirt name choices....
Maric (1999-2000 home shirt)
Dabizas (2000-2001 black away/third shirt)
Elliott (1995-97 home shirt)
Has anyone heard anything about the forged tickets for Wednesday's game?
Only heard a snippet on the radio, but it seemed that a few fans with genuine tickets for the away end were turned away as their seats had already been taken by forgeries
