IMO that will be where he ends up playing most of his career, and making a pretty good career out of it at the same time -
Bottom 3 has a nice look to it this evening

Kinda feel like there are 4/5 away games you expect to get beat in and 4/5 you would expect to win if challenging for Europe. The remaining 10 or so can go either way. Brighton on paper is one of the harder of these 10 and a point is a point gained rather than 2 lost. looking for a performance rather than the result next weekend, then one or 2 additions to make it a solid and decent start to the season -

But from 6 YEARS out? That’s got to be pretty low on the xG spectrum -

In theory Willock has the tools to play right in the forward 3. Practice and theory don’t always play out though. one thing I’d like to see us doing is switching wingers during a game. 10-15 mins of ASM feeding off Trippier and Bruno would be fun -

even if it then didn’t work out it would be a hell of a statement to have someone choose is over city -
turning down Man U more likely

Small thing, but perhaps drop the Notts now that the game is over? Understandable giving it the bigman from their fans before hand (first game back etc) and the wind up totally fair then.

Gone 6th. made on the assumption that one of the 6 club will have a shitter of a season and we sign another striker. 4-6 is much of a muchness points wise but will be a congested fight

Wilson stays fit and we finish above Man Utd

Some players just dont cut it after a move regardless on what they are/have done in the league. See Sanchez, A as an example -
what order did Dalglishs signings come in? Given, Solano, Didi, JDT are a million miles away from the rest, wonder how much of a panic the Barney’s, Rush, Pearce types were. (Although of course Pearce did alright for us)

I was in Kos when Robert signed. Just remember thinking who?

Imagine the summer of 2001 if this place existed when we missed out on Jeffers and Zenden, only to get an unknown from PSG and a striker from a relegated club who only scored 6 goals that year.

Elliot Anderson (now playing for Nottingham Forest)

An excellent drive into the box for the pen. we’ve been short on players willing to do that for ages -
wont Brighton just wear their away kit?
-
Why not? Its not like they've all gone in off his arse. He's getting into good positions, linking well with Bruno and Trippier and actually seems to have some conviction in his shooting. Of course he could have JDT moment against Forest and it all goes out the window but as it stands today he has improved our RW position from last season and bought the powers that be a little time to get a real improvement signing through the door
