  1. Shelvey or Townsend, but most likely neither
  2. We probably won't have to chase the ball too much on Monday, unless Pulis has a change of tact.
  3. I've drank a fair bit but did I see Dummett slide tackle fresh air twice in the build up to them getting the corner?
  4. When the players were celebrating all I could hear was the referee blowing his whistle and I had a horrible feeling a flag had gone up
  5. Our one cup tie is drawing close, the FA Cup 3rd round draw is tomorrow night. Can't wait to draw Norwich (a) or some other terrible tie that we will lose. Oh but remember, cups now matter to us, allegedly.
  6. He is basically the Dutch Nolan on that description

I'm actually enjoying seeing you lose. We're playing well. I'm a lot happier than I was 5 weeks ago. your in the bottom 3 daft f***er Bottom 2 actually Still relaxed at how we're playing. I'm not saying we won't go down but I'm more than happy with what Allardyce has done so far. as much as I hate the fact hunt, you do look like a club with an idea of what its doing, and players that are suited to, and buying into it, so fair play if gets results, Mackem cunts. This is why I don't understand Advocaat's 'legend' status. He won a handful of games, lost a lot more, started this season tragically and the so called crap players who were letting him down have now been coached into a cohesive unit.
  8. How nailed-on is he to start these days, Neil? Is he prone to rotation with Naismith? I need a cheap striker soon and there's only really Ighalo, Ayoze and Kone. What about Bojan?
  9. To be fair, they were top around this time last season. Then they just stopped.
  10. Did I read earlier Norway have not won a match in November for 20 years? That seems a bit mad
  11. And they have two world class drivers
  12. Just looks like Shrewsbury Town lion but it's out for vengeance for whoever burnt it's house down
  13. I was convinced we would win but if we've got a child in net I'm not so sure.
  14. No. Apart from the corner in the east stand wasn't too bad from my view anyway. I had 7 seats to my left all empty and 8 in front of us. It was like a cup game
  15. Was a bit of a weird game, all of our players had 7 out of 10 games and I think McClaren was terrified of losing it the longer it went on. Tiote and Anita were pretty good but there was no need for both of them. Anita pulled off one great block in particular to deny Shaqiri in the second half. Perez started on fire, every touch was fantastic but he faded badly. Mitrovic couldn't get in the game as their centre halves dominated him for the most part. I could see why he brought De Jong on as we were struggling to get a clear chance created but he was slow and fairly hopeless in truth, I can't see him being here much past January. Thauvin probably should have come on but then again whipping in cross after cross with their centre halves would have been fairly pointless. Mbemba was the pick of the back 4 I'd say, but that's a bit like being the tallest dwarf. Coloccini got left on his arse twice in the space of about 10 seconds by Shaqiri, he badly needs replacing. As somebody else said though, a total lack of urgency towards the end, we never really built up ahead of steam and battered them but I suppose that wasn't helped by Stoke's general antics and Crouch keeping the ball in the corner. I was confident of a win at Bournemouth but by the looks of things we'll have our 4th choice keeper in and possibly no Janmaat, so that'll be a big help...they concede a lot and we can't score so something's got to give
  16. Save your triple captain for a double game week
  17. I've always wanted to throw him to the wolves
  18. Be absolutely ridiculous if he is, they were nowhere near the playoffs when he took over and worked wonders to get them promoted. wouldn't be surprised if he doesnt see out the season such is football They were 7th when he took over, he did well but it wasn't exactly hopeless

It was only last week they were irate at McClean inciting the fans, Johnson was just as culpable even without over thinking the aeroplane gesture
  20. Micah Richards seems to be at fault for an awful lot of the goals Villa concede
  21. Is anybody able to give me an account of what happened to Borussia Dortmund after winning the Champions League in 1997? Hitzfeld left and they finished midtable under the new manager, was there a reason or did they just struggle to cope under the pressure of success?
