Nah, Hincapie kicks the side of his foot and causes him to twist it. Football isn't a non-contact sport, but for me, if you've put your foot in, caught the player and not got the ball, and that's brought the player down with no diving involved at all, it's a foul.

Look here, just before Frimpong falls down you'll see Hincapie catch his foot which is what makes him twist his ankle.

There is 100% contact and the contact is what causes Frimpong to turn his ankle.

I don't get why Gary Neville is so certain it's not a foul. I appreciate it's not a lot of contact, but he's not got the ball and brought Frimpong down. It's clearly not a dive. Surely, even with it being a light touch, that has to be a penalty.

But because of where he's caught him he's caused Frimpong's fall. It's not a dive.

Just checked it out again on Twitter. Hincapie catches Frimpong's foot which makes him turn on it.

Am I mad or was there not definitely contact from Hincapie that caused Frimpong to turn his ankle?
